Of course it's clean, which I expected. Beyond that, it is tastefully decorated (I suspect by a professional interior designer) in a handsome, modern style with all these good features: lighting for reading throughout, comfortable bed, spacious and quiet, working climate control. Not a cute knick-knack in sight. Parking is accessible through the adjacent alley, but a wide vehicle may...

We love staying at B&B's, and Bailey's did not disappoint! We were in Dallas to meet up with parents. We booked 2 rooms - one for us and one for my husband's parents. On our early arrival, we were able to get in our room to leave our luggage so that we could start seeing Dallas. We were appreciative for...

We stayed here in March. Bailey's is beautiful, cozy, and we really felt like the only people there even though we knew two other rooms were occupied. Unlike other reviewers, my husband and I loved the privacy and solitude of the inn. I hate being smothered and loved that the owners weren't always present. I've stayed in other B&B's and...

I found Bailey's when I was preparing for my first trip to Dallas. I was going to attend a conference Downtown. The host hotel was sold out. That turned out to be a very lucky break. I stayed in the Blue Room @ Bailey's, and it was gorgeous. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood. The free trolley is steps...

I went to Dallas on business for a few days and decided that I wanted something a bit different. This hotel was recommended to me and I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I was in the green room which is just huge, with a great closet and nice sitting area. The best part of the hotel was that...

My daughter and I stayed at Bailey's last week. It was one of those "accidental acquisitions" that we found on Google while we were driving to Dallas. It was in a neighborhood of interest to us, and we made a reservation for 4 nights. To our surprise and delight, we found ourselves in a beautiful inn hidden away in a...

When we booked our stay at Bailey's, we were impressed by two things: the beautifully appointed rooms and the many references to "welcome baskets," and hospitality. On the beauty front, the hotel did not disappoint. We stayed in the Black and White room which was done in gorgeous shades of black, white, and gray and a variety of textures. However,...

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I wanted to take time to address some of your concerns for a future stay or for other guests. We do have coffee and tea available at all times in the kitchen. We have a Keurig and guests are welcome to use that any time day or night. It's helpful for...

My husband and I did a quick get away. The location is excellent. The B&B is quiet and homey. Our room was wonderful and so clean. The bed was so comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast that was served to us. The one thing to take into consideration is since it is just down the way from the bars on...

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast inn within a minutes walk from restaurants, bars and the trolley to take you to downtown Dallas. We stayed in the Green Room which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Please don't be put off by the fact that they do not do breakfasts midweek - there are so many nice places nearby...

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, for those wanting, peace and quiet in a fantastic Dallas location, this is a great option. I really liked the Green Room. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to meet the Owners or have a quick call to make sure I was enjoying the stay. This is...

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm so sorry that we didn't get to meet you, we always try to see every guest. We are in and out all the time and occasionally on weekdays we seem to be in when you are out. We do have coffee available every day though. We have a Keurig in the kitchen with...

“The Black & White room and the Chocolate room are on the ground floor - quite convenient. On the weekend, there was more neighborhood noise at night. We heard it in the Black & White, but our parents didn't hear anything while staying in the Chocolate room.”
