We had a great time here, staff very friendly, lovely large room, nice products in the bathroom. We particularly like having the usb plug socket next to the bed, hotels generally don’t have enough plug sockets in the rooms. The hotel was close to the sixth floor museum and the reunion tower. why I didn’t give 5 stars was the car park was $32 a night, There was only valet parking so tipping when you wanted to park and get out made this expensive. When I booked I was unable to book breakfast, but my booking form said breakfast would be $10, but they wanted to charge full price, we managed to get a slight reduction, but we only got 2 eggs and 1 1/2 sausage patties we thought it was poor value and would not have breakfast there again when we stay next time

Damion & Alana go above & beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable. Anything I needed, was taken care of in a matter of minutes. They truly want you to have a 5 start experience! Will most definitely be coming back!

Walking up to the hotel it looks new from the outsided. When I walked in I saw that everything was modern. The check-in process was fast and the agent was very nice. I was on the 9th floor and when I walked into the room I could tell it was very nice. The room I was in had a couch, ottoman, and a desk and the room had a microwave, refrigerator, and Kreurig. The bathroom was super nice and updated. They had pumps of Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower and Paul Mitchell soap at the sink. The lobby had individual booths that had televisions an Internet center with Mac's and tiered desks. They had a bistro that was open for breakfast and throughout the day. This hotel is downtown in Dallas and is direct across from Reunion Tower. It was within walking distance of the Grey Hound station and close to some great restaurants on Market. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights after a 15 hour flight from Sydney, Australia. As you can imagine, after such long flight the hotel you check into is of some importance. You don't want any hassles or unwelcoming staff. You want to feel renewed as soon as you walk in the door!
I certainly felt this way when I was greeted at the front desk. I want to commend the front desk staff who all did an excellent job loking after me. Shaundra, Ciera, Nicole (The front desk manager), Estahania, Alana and Damion. What a first class staff all with fabulous personalities! I hope I haven't left anyone out!
I also want to commend the staff at the Starbucks located in the lobby. So convenient. Juan and Micah, Heather and Cinthya are really on the ball and efficent.
The room itself was a very comfortable larger room that was quiet. Although I never needed daily service I foudn the room in great condition when I checked in so clearly that staff is excellent.
This hotel is only two blocks away from Dealy Plaza and the Texas School book depository. I have long been interested in visiting this site so the location of the hotel made it very easy. Quite an experience visiting and imagining being there on November 22, 1963.
I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and hope I return mext year.

The hotel is located in the heart of beautiful Dallas downtown. Lobby is trendy and elegant, parking is conveniently located in the hotel building, room is new and well equipped with not only coffee maker but also microwave. Our room was facing a beautiful park. The hotel staff offered us a restaurant list at check in, all were within 0.3 miles. It’s a pity we didn’t have chance to try. When I noticed that we need to shorten our stay by 1 day it’s already 11pm. The hotel staff named Chanel quickly responded my request and got the arrangement done. After I checked out I noticed that my titanium member welcome gift was not posted. I checked with the hotel. They did not only posted the gift, but also immediately posted the guaranteed compensation which is USD50. The General manager sent an email to follow up this. Very sincere staff.

I've stayed in Courtyard hotels all over the country and almost every property has been a pleasant stay. Not all that memorable but a pleasant stay. This particular property in downtown Dallas was incredible. They certainly surpassed my expectations. I was conducting a training event and had 20 clients coming in from across the U.S. The Courtyard was well-prepared for my group. Alaina at the front desk was patient with my 101 questions concerning my training rooms, menu selections, materials shipped previously to the hotel, etc. Throughout the week, as other questions would arise concerning local restaurants, directions, etc., the staff at the front desk was there to help with a smile. The real star of the show was Luis. Luis was assigned to my group to help us get settled into the conference rooms, get the AV set up, provide extension cords, serve a hot breakfast by 7 AM, a terrific hot lunch at noon, kept the coffee, water, sodas supplied along with cookies or brownies in the afternoon. The poor guy likely needed a day off after we left. The entire hotel staff was more than pleasant and always responsive. Can't wait to go back again.

I spent the last night at this hotel before returning to Houston on 26-27 June 2019. As a loyal Marriot Bonvoy member, I am always satisfied with their services. I always get a free upgrade to a higher class.
The location is very close to the reunion tower, JFK Museum, JFK White Box and can also walk to Hardrock Cafe Dallas.

This place greats & treats you like family!!! From Damion’s smile & awesome hello when you walk in, to the awesome morning chats with Juan & Karla to the most amazing & friendliest people we have encountered in our travels Luis & Gabby go above & beyond to make sure everyone is happy & being taken care of!! We were there for a week my husband was in class & my daughter & I spent most of our time in the lobby/sitting area. I was able to see the interactions & how they treated everyone there. I can honestly say they treated everyone like they were the only people there even at busy times they still took the time to make sure everyone was ok. You can feel the relaxed friendly atmosphere. You can tell & feel they’re all a team & that they get along. Amazing stay that Luis & Gabby made even more special for us. We made 2 new friends that we will always cherish!

We have visited Dallas before on a different business trip and stayed here. This time we were booked at a different hotel, but within walking distance to the Courtyard. Looking to gather and eat somewhere that we could continue to discuss business we chose to come to HQ. Were we ever impressed. Chef Randy remembered us from our last visit. The food was well beyond just Sports Bar Food. The entire team that was there that night(from bottom to top) "Showed up and Showed out" with the greatest of Southern Hospitality and grins too boot. Regardless what the other deals get presented next time, we are staying at Courtyard by Marriott Reunion District, and letting Chef Randy know WE are back in town.
