Capeview Apartments offer an affordable beachfront location situated right across the road from Kings Beach & some of most magnificent ocean views in Kings Beach, Caloundra, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Featuring onsite managers & all linen provided, all 13 apartments (9 x 2 bedroom and 4 x 3 bedroom) provide spectacular ocean views running the width of each unit. Sit on your balcony and watch the ships go by. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, lock up garage,20 Foxtel channels, Free Wifi, and an inviting heated pool. Air- conditioners & ceiling fans in apartments. Perfect for couples (old or young) and families. Walk across the road to the patrolled beach & park. There are restaurants, coffee shop also across the road. Or walk along the boardwalk and then up into Caloundra town approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk. There are markets on every Sunday from 8am till 1pm. Leave your car in the garage - you won't be needing it. Please note all upperlevels are stair access only.

A two minute walk to beautiful Kings Beach. Cape View is the ideal place to stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The view from the balcony (which every apartment has) was amazing. Nice pool and bbq area also. Rose and Shaun are friendly and helpful hosts. I had a great stay and hope to revisit next year.

Booked a 3 night stay with family via management directly after being cancelled out of another booking from a booking website. Very helpful and organised and during our stay the management were visible and active. The apartment itself is dated but functional. Felt like a proper 70s/80s family holiday. 2 bathrooms was good and showers ok. Bed was a little uncomfortable at times. Great position opposite the beach. Good quality internet for the kids, nice private pool. Garage underneath was a tight fit and rather awkward to access but the security gate worked well. In this case, paying for the position, not the facility. Needs an update. Would I stay here again? Yes. Management are helpful and kids were happy.

We recently stayed at number in 3 Capeview Apartments. The location is sensation - you can hear the waves, there's a great view and you can walk everywhere.. Just a short stroll to the surf club, the surf beach is at your doorstep and Bulcock Beach is a 15 min walk. The apartment we had was ocean view ground floor and had it's own courtyard at the rear, which gave us direct access to the pool.

If you want rest and relaxation this is the place to stay. Sit back and listen to the waves while on the balcony sipping a nice cold juice and watching all the activity. Our apartment was amazing. Close to restaurants and shops and a hop skip and jump for a dip in the sea. Rose and Shaun are the best if you you need anything. Everything we asked for they were happy to help, for example organising tickets for different events and a doctor when it was needed. It has a heated pool, and BBQ area. Capeview is the most fantastic place to come and stay. Will we come back? Heck YES. We've only just left after a 2 week stay and pre booked our next holiday. I can't wait for time to go by so we can go back

Just had 9 nights at these lovely apartments, great location across road from patrolled beach, very well equipped if planning to cook if not walking distance to lots of restaurants, comfy bed in the heart of kings beach. Hosts Rose and Shaun very hospitable.

The apartments are starting to show their age and things like security screens are not closing properly. Air-conditioner thankfully was working. Overall we enjoyed our time here in King's Beach. The apartment was nicely furnished and reasonably maintained and clean. My one complaint would be the amount of the washing up liquid - as in other apartments we've stayed in a bottle of detergent is provided so that you can do hand washing if you choose not to use the dishwasher the whole time. Small sachets are not adequate. A mat inside the flat at the front door would be useful for coming in the front door. We always take our shoes off, so having something dry to wipe wet feet would be nice. The Two and three bedroom apartments at the front are quite spacious if a little snug with the laundry area in the three bedroom unit - a front loader may have been a better option. Bed linen clean, beds comfortable, lounge and dining area comfortable. The area was quiet during our stay. The complex has no lifts so a workout is required and I was very grateful we only had to go to the second floor. The first floor front apartments could possibly be very noisy from people entering and leaving, but we were happy with our stay in the second floor apartments. A big plus is that the apartments are very well located - just a walk to beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, cafes.…

Right across the road from the beach, we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a full sized and equipped kitchen. Great prices comes with amazing views, the ocean can be seen from the ground floor up. Bbq area and pool downstairs, each apartment has it's own designated garage for free parking. Within walking distance from several cafes, surf club and main street.

Perfect location to everything Kings Beach has to offer. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and had a wonderful view. There is no lift so we got a work out on the stairs to the third floor, but this did not detract from everything else this apartment offers.

After being on a cruise last week this place in Caloundra is on equal footing, older unit - yes but well looked after non smokingright across from the beach. Love it No elevator great balcony and views day or night. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, generous living area, Foxtel. Beds very comfortable. Close enough to walk to everywhere. Will be back again for sure.
