Stayed in Conroe for a week during business trip. I always try and stay at Hampton Inn based on past experience. Front desk staff (all staff really) were excellent and very accomodating. Quiet hotel, very close to restaurants, coffee houses, etc.
I chose the Hampton Inn because of it's location. Even though it was 20 minutes away from the training facility I was visiting, the location and surrounding area made the choice for me. The hotel is easy to get to, and is close to several dining areas and a Kroger. I was able…
Check in and check out was painless. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, lobby and breakfast area was kept neat. I would definatly stay again at this hotel if I needed to. Kudos to the staff.
Frequent guest - I stay at this hotel several times a year. Over the past five years I have seen consistent quality of service and employees. The rooms are always clean but a bit dated. Complementary Breakfast is well-managed.
Couldn’t check in. Front desk receptionist was not helpful. She wasn’t listening and was quick to talk back. Payment was made at time of booking (month before) and she argued about how it wasn’t? Horrible.
"Go super early if ya wanna eat"
"We always like to get rooms on the top floor so you don't have people walking above you."
"Top floor as we did hear folks above us walking around in early morning."
"Ask for one facing the back parking lot. No highway noise back there."
"I ask for a room in second floor away from elevator, ice machine, and vending machines."
