My husband and I stayed here with a few of our friends for Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg. It was our first visit, but our friends stay here every year and love it. We are in love now, too! The grounds are beautiful with big trees, flowers, bushes, and of course, cypress creek. Heritage checked us in and she was so helpful...

We visited the Meyer B&B last weekend and really loved the place. We stayed in room 702 which has an african theme. The room was huge with huge windows overlooking the creek. There were two elk heads right above the bed and another deer head above the study table. Lots of african masks adorned the room. Huge closet with lots...

Really loved this place. The room reminded me of my great aunt's lake house in Denville, NJ and the screened porch from our home in historic area of Marietta, GA. Big enough that you felt no need to interact with anyone if you did not want to, including the owners. Perfect space and comfort. Great view out back to beautiful...

Quiet and relaxing, Meyer B&B is a series of old Hill Country houses, all located a short walk from each other. Ours was clean and well kept. Window a/c was a little noisy. My wife and I stayed over Labor Day weekend. Every room was taken, so stressed the kitchen for breakfast a bit. Variety of good restaurants were a...

Meyer Bed & Breakfast is a charming historic Texas Inn. We stayed 3 nights in room 904 Garden Haus. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was firm, so we did not sleep well. .Need to have a couple more pillows for a king sized bed. The bedroom had at one time french doors that separated the sitting...

This was our first trip to Meyer. It will not be our last. We have to travel about 450 miles to get there. It is worth it. The beautiful scene shown on the video on the website is real. We stayed in the Mercantile in one of the back rooms. So, we could see absolute quiet beauty every time we...

We came down for a weekend on the spur of the moment and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. We stayed in the Garden Haus, which was a separate little cottage on one end of the property. It was nice for us, having small children, as we didn't have to worry about bothering other guests noise-wise. (It...

This was our third trip and once again I give it an A+. Shane does such an awesome job up keeping Meyer. The views and relaxing atmosphere are over and above exceptional. Great breakfasts are served each morning. We love the location because it is close to San Antonio and beautiful drives through hill country. We ate at welfare cafe...

To be honest, I have never been a fan of the traditional bed and breakfast. I guess that is why I liked this place so much. Love the fact that there are so many options on rooms. The grounds are beautiful. Amenities not usually found in a B&B. How many B&B's have a pool? This one does, and a very...

We stayed overnight while attending the high school graduation on June 6th. Our room was great and the outdoor surroundings were awesome. We saw deer in the field behind our room in the morning. We would recommend this B and B for couples and/or families. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but the room more than made up for it.
