The rooms are always very clean, in particular the bath-room, this I like very much. The Staff is friendly and helpful! I like to take a cup of Orange Juice up to my room as I do not get up early enough for breakfast. They were out of two of the juices, first time ever.

it's not every day that you receive service like I did. From the moment I checked in, the staff was amazing. I first encountered a younger lady with blonde hair. Hotel was OK, it just needs some updating. Overall, this was a nice meeting place. It was hot in the building. Several of the rooms a/c did not cool the room completely. When asked about the temperature in the room, we were advised we had to put the air on 60 in order for it to cool the room.

Most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced in a long time. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was very clean. Wish there was an indoor pool. Very quiet room, even though it's next to a busy highway. Hotel elevator is very, very small, hard to get into with two people and luggage.

Hotel is always clean and the staff very responsive and friendly. Great location for my needs. Overall, a great value. Hotel could stand a slight refreshing. Have been coming to this hotel since it opened. Obviously happy since I keep coming back.

Great location just off the Highway 67 and conveniently located near food and shopping centers. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and it is a great value for travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel when heading to Desoto or Cedar Hill.

Our stay was pleasant start to finish! I always stay at LQ when traveling with my show dogs, but the staff at this location went above and beyond! The front desk lady helped me get the room I wanted, downstairs, by the door and was always happy to help with a smile everytime I saw her. Very clean room when...

At 7:00 the next day, I received a call on my Cell Phone from a No Caller ID number. The man said that he was the General Manager of the Cedar Hill La Quinta and that the clerk had messed up and charged my Credit Card 4 nights instead of the one night. He only had the last four digits...

I am so very sorry you have had to deal with such a situation. At this time we are still unsure as to how this could have happened. However, rest assured that we are doing a full investigation as well as continuing to train our staff to avoid situations like this.

Initially, I was apprehensive at staying here, based on previous La Quintas visits in other cities; it turns out all La Quintas were not created equal. To me, there is NOTHING more important in a hotel stay than a clean room. The windows, sheets, bathroom, carpet/ flooring, and couch were all very clean. I would certainly stay again.

“We would hope that the rooms in the back, away from the freeway, would be quieter. If you do request one, insist on getting it, because this place must have been built before soundproofing was invented. Also, it is pet friendly, so there is a chance of dog noise.”
