Awful hotel. Stayed for two nights in April. At check in, they offer earplugs for the train. It passes several times in the night and is extremely loud. Earplugs could not have made a difference. Service in the bar in the evening is terrible. However, there is live music in the courtyard on weekend evenings which is quite good. If...

I'm truly sorry that your experience was not a pleasant one . We are working on trying to get a quiet zone so the trains will no longer be allowed to blow the horns. We are honest about the trains and the live music on the website and on social media . I appreciate your feed back about the hotel...

If you are looking for a quiet hotel, I would suggest another location. The LaSalle Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Bryan. Our room was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed; and complimentary breakfast. Some rooms have a mini frig, others have microwaves, some have both, some have neither. Be aware that there is a train track located 1/2 block...

Charming old hotel with updates where needed! The bedding was fresh and comfortable. Original windows in my corner room with a lovely view of the downtown Street. There's an outdoor seating area in the courtyard, and they had a solo guitarist entertaining one weekend evening. The bar and cafe area has a more modern look, and the basic breakfast was...

Was not pleased with the front desk when I request a mini fridge four times in two days and never received one. When asked to speak to a manager I was advised no one was available. The room was clean and comfortable.

Historical hotel in re-invigorated downtown Bryan. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, wine bar, interesting shops, stain glass studio, art gallery, microbrewery, book store, Carnegie Library, etc. Being able to walk to venues reduces hassle/risk of driving in a college town. Rooms comfortable, clean. Good WiFi. Complementary breakfast is good. Bar/courtyard in hotel has improved bookings for live acts in courtyard...

Last weekend was the 2nd time I've stayed at the LaSalle, and it was just as good as the first! This old-timey building has lots of character and they do a good job of mixing in some modern things to decorate the rooms. This time we had a gorgeous claw-footed tub as our shower. It had a circular curtain rod...

We recently stayed at this hotel and while it was comfortable and clean (pricey for what you get) the management will not follow through when there is a problem. I had booked the 2 room suite which is not a suite it is two room no sitting area. When we arrived they told us they did not have our reservation...

I can't speak for the rooms as I have not stayed there, but the variety of motifs is intriguing. The restaurant is quite good, reasonably priced and the staff is very courteous. Personally I think it presents a unique place to check out and offers a more interesting nuance than all the chain hotels in the area. The live, outdoor...

It's a clean nice historic hotel. Bed was comfy. Shower was very small. It was a very bland decorated room. Train noise was ok for us. Really close to downtown shopping. Charge you a 1.50 to use the keurig. Nice entertainment in the courtyard. It was really nice it's not worth what we paid though. Staff was very friendly.
