We stayed 3 nights in the Scenic Hill Treehouse. While the actual building is not built on tree limbs, it is on stilts about two-thirds of the way to the top of the neighboring trees. You must climb 22 wooden steps to reach the Treehouse. You are met with a porch with a table, two chairs, and a porch swing....

Pictures online just don't do justice. The OASIS most definitely lived up to its description and then some! The bed was AMAZING, cabin secluded, INCREDIBLE weekend! We will be back as soon as we can!!

We have actually stayed on several occasions at Scenic Oaks, which is a second property of Scenic Hill. The place is perfect and quiet for a weekend getaway. Cozy, comfortable, very nicely decorated with great amenities, pretty much all you need to get away and relax. Some cabins have hot tubs, some have message tables in them as well. If...

We stayed in The Homestead & we fell in love with this place. It was actually a cabin built in the 1800's, but had all modern conveniences...including a hot tub under the stars. We are already planning our next trip back. They even had breakfast fix-ins in the fridge. It was romantic for us, but could have been just as...

My Mom and I just stayed in The Tree house and we loved it. It was so cute and the property was lovely. The inn keepers, Tiffany and John Michael were incredibly sweet and helpful. When we arrived we were surprised to find our fridge stocked with muffins, eggs, sausage, orange juice and cans of biscuits and cinnamon rolls. The...

We just stayed overnight in the HOMESTEAD cabin. We were closer to the other cabins and the road than I would have liked, but it did not really detract from the relaxation. We could not see any other cabins from ours. Pasture land and cows is the view you will have from the hot tub and front door. It really...

Friends wanted to meet between Houston and Austin so I found these cabins online. I was surprised how reasonable they were and we didn't have to book 3 nights over labor day which i appreciated. Our cabin fit the needs of 2 couples and an 8 year old. We had our own private yard area with games and a hammock...

I happened upon these cabins while searching for places to stay while my child attended a weekend camp because we live 3.5 hours away. My child's camp got canceled and moved to a later date but my boyfriend and I went anyway since it was reserved. We stayed in the 1890's cabin and had a wonderful time. Beautiful wooded property,...

Husbands' Pearl of a 30th-Anniversary "Baylor Pilgrimmage," Spa Vistas was a pastoral setting for an off-the-grid, on-the-grill midweek stay. Cotton tails, grasshoppers & webs seen from inside, the updated cottage/kitchenette is a bug-free zone. Tour downtown Brenham, historical Independence & Washington-on-the-Brazos, Round Top or Blue Bell Creameries' home. Private hot tub, massage table & elevated outdoor dining-loft make chillin' easy....

My husband and I stayed in the Spa Vistas cabin the first weekend in November. The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It looks just like the pictures and is very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, though it was VERY hot and we had to turn the heat down. You may want to test it before you just hop in! It...
