We spent 4 nights at Gaia followed by 5 nights at sister property Matachica. The reservation process for our entire stay was flawless and being all-inclusive, made this trip hassle free. Pickup, transfers, flights, everything, was handled in a professional and friendly manner. Arriving in Belize the airline lost my wife's bag so it did not arrive when we did...

My husband and I came to this resort on our honeymoon as part of a package with their other resort: Matachica. We stayed in a private hut overlooking the waterfalls. The sounds of the waterfalls mixed with the beautiful views made it a peaceful stay. The staff at the resort were very friendly and attentive towards our needs. We enjoyed...

We stayed 4 nights at Gaia for our honeymoon followed by 4 nights at its sister resort Matachica. Our time at Gaia was absolutely lovely! Quiet, relaxed, romantic & as active as we wanted! On our first day we did a tour of Caracol with a Gaia guide Darell. The tour was well worth seeing the Mayan temple and learning...

Enjoy the luxury of a lovely, very spacious thatched roofed 'treehouse' where the sounds of waterfalls are all around you. Soft, comfortable bedding is enjoyed under a cheesecloth net - very romantic! Spend the day at the base of the resort swimming in cool, clear water literally dumping in from gorgeous rock formations. The grounds of the resort are well-designed...

A long long drive into the deep jungles of Belize is so worth all the beauty you can experience at Gaia resort! The food was delicious and fresh from their garden, the employees were more then accommodating going the extra mile and the waterfalls are amazing! Don't miss the chance for adventure at Gaia it's truly breath taking.

We visited Gaia for our honeymoon and had an amazing stay! We booked excursions for everyday thinking there wouldn't be much to do at the resort but the grounds were so beautiful we wished we could have stayed longer! Every day trip we did was wonderful, the guides are so knowledgeable about the history and ecology of Belize. We also...

We spent 3 nights at Gaia as part of our honeymoon package. Gaia is amazing! It takes a couple of hours on a very bumpy road to get there, but then you realize it's nirvana when you arrive. The waterfall is absolutely stunning. The tours were so much fun. Our trip was way beyond anything we ever imagined. The place...

Thank goodness for the very bumpy road that leads guests to this heavenly place-- without it, this nirvana would be overrun by hordes of tourists. As it is, Gaia's serene beauty is enhanced by the aura of privacy and exclusivity that comes from its remote, gorgeous location and phenomenal accommodations. This is a jungle retreat for the discriminating adventurer. First...

My husband and I stayed at Gaia a couple weeks ago on our honeymoon and were blown away. It was the first stop on our honeymoon before heading to the beach. We were very excited about going to the jungle but thought for sure the beach would be our favourite part. We were wrong - Gaia was by far our...
