We stay at this hotel several times a year when we want to slip off for the weekend to the GSMNP. The hotel staff are always kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The hotel itself is centrally located in Townsend and right outside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

If you want the smell of marijuana in your room, dirty sheets and disgusting room, and noise all night, then this is your hotel. Such a waste of our money. So disappointed in this hotel and best western. We love BW and this is a shame.

This Best Western was charming. They had rocking chairs outside the doors to view the setting sun over the Smoky Mountains. Staff was professional. The little town of Townsend was quiet and serene. I would book again!

The GM has NOO customer service. Couldn't get into our room until 6 PM. Even though we had reservations the night before. This whole place did nothing to make our stay better! Do not stay here- there are other close motels!
