We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with the excellent customer service, cleanliness, and location. The breakfast was great. It was overall a nice stay. I would highly recommend if traveling through this area.
We stayed for one night and are very pleased with this Hampton Inn. We arrived at the hotel at 8PM and were promptly checked in. Our stay was quiet and problem free. Room appeared to be recently remodeled, clean, bed very comfortable, bedding luxurious and everything worked. Breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn fare, well managed, with good coffee. All the staff were pleasant, professional and helpful.
Check in was fast and prompt. Our room was quiet, renovated and up to date. King bed and bedding were one of the most comfortable we ever had. . Air conditioner worked great and shower was nice. Front desk staff were helpful, hospitable, professional and responsive, and so was the breakfast lady. It was nice to see breakfast being back to what it used to be for the most part. The only difference was you still couldn't get the food yourself, lady would have to give it to you. The only downfall is the hotel's website is not updated yet and does not reflect the changes that took place after renovations. According to their website, our room was supposed to have a tub and a couch or a chair, but it didn't. It was still a very comfortable room, but they should update their website, so it would reflect the changes that took place after renovations.…
Excellent check in/out. Had microwaveable sandwiches for breakfast along w/individual wrapped items. Newer hotel and really nice rooms! Pet friendly. Coffee and fruit available all the time. Just overall super experience!
I am staying at this hotel because we have a family funeral in town. Our first night the people in the room next to us were very loud until nearly midnight. It was very stressful for us. The following morning we inquired about switching rooms. Manager Karen King was wonderful - she not only switched our room immediately but also informed us that she could provide a bereavement rate, a bit lower than what we were paying. Her kindness was so appreciated in this difficult time. On top of that, the hotel is very clean and every staff person we have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town.
