Upon arriving at the Resort we were greeted by a girl named Jennifer who was so helpful and helped us pick the right room for our stay. Thanks for all your help, we were able to have breakfast each morning in the room and off we went to see and do all the things that were available. Brenda Rippole

Our family group stayed here third weekend of October 2014 and 2015. Both stays we were promised a check-in time of 4:00 pm. Being on time we had to wait over 90 minutes to get our suite. In 2014 paramedics were on the property this trip we were told the kitchen was trashed by former occupants. Terrible customer service from...

The hotel was very nice and looked well cared for. The rooms were pretty and looked freshly painted. The pool area is nice especially for those with children. However if you don't have children you're essentially over paying for something that you're not going to use. Nice hotels are one thing but it's the little things that make the difference....

Very good! With easy Dollywood access. My family enjoyed the pool outside and inside. The only thing this resort is missing is a free breakfast with your stay. The rooms were nice and the staff were nice and helpful.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was ok. I figured it would be a lot nicer being a condo and all. Staff was friendly. No breakfast but they do give a coupon for a pancake house nearby. But I think it's only a 1-time use. Waterpark is small indoor, but there is a pool, lazy river, and hot...

This lodging choice is a very good value for all of the activities provided especially for kids. Our family stayed here 10/11-10/13 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Couldn't believe the outdoor water play area was useable at this time of the year, with some sunshine and heated pools it was lots of fun during the day and we decided...

This was our second time staying at the resort and I guess they put us in the older section. It just wasn't as nice. Breakfast isn't offered, but the units come with a full kitchen. With a Walmart minutes away, finding items to make breakfast is a snap.
