We stayed here for two nights in a studio suite. The room was very clean and spacious. There were also many amenities available for families. A couple of downsides to this resort are that there are limited elevators, so the wait is often long, and that the parking can be somewhat far away from your room. Neither of these things...

Absolutely loved our spring break vacation! This resort was perfect! It was at the end of the strip in Sevierville, so driving to Gatlinburg was easy and easy to find things to do. Will def stay again!

My husband, 10 year old daughter and myself decided to take a short spur-of-the-moment trip to Pigeon Forgefor Spring Break. Our daughter of course wanted to swim. We had stayed here years ago and decided to see if the Resort had open rooms. I was able to make a reservation for the room during the hour drive to Pigeon Forge....

My family and I celebrated my aunt's 58th birthday and my daughter's Spring Break at this resort. The accommodations were wonderful. There is an indoor waterpark and arcade on site. This location is in the middle of everything as thee was something for all ages. There is a movie theater two minutes away and a trampoline park across the street....

A very friendly helpful staff at check-in. Our room was very nice, over looking the outside pool. We did not hear any noise from the hallways, or outside. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. The parking was a little crowded and it was hard to find a place when coming in late, but parking in...

We've stayed at The Resort for many years. Rooms are always clean and spacious. The kids love the waterpark and outdoor pools. This is always our go to place and we recommend it to our friends who are coming to the area.

Definitely not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but pretty disappointed. The trash had not been emptied when we checked in. I couldn't turn the AC on, and my safe did not work. The shower smells like wildew according to wife. Pillows were one is not enough and two were too much. Indoor pool is always crowded. Clean otherwise, bed...
