Our family trip (Dec 26, 2016) of 13 people (all from out of state) started off badly from the moment we checked in! We were relocated to a different cabin due to maintenance issues. The cabin we were relocated to was filthy. Roof leaked. Dried contact lens in the window sill. Bath fans clogged with dust coming down the walls....

cabin was small but nice. Had issue with toilet, but we fixed. The cabin's name was seclusion, on the phone they told us it was secluded but it wasn't. There was neighbors below us and top of us. we could see our neighbors go in the hot tub

I stayed with my family in the Growly Bear cabin, rented via the Pigeon Forge company. This is indeed a big and luxury house, equipped with all necessary utilities. We were supposed to spend a nice time there. Unfortunately our stay was marred from the very arrival by the unpleasant smell from the clogged toilet on the main floor (it appeared...

Cute cabin with a spacious layout. However service was down right awful. Our cabin was delayed for our 4pm check in due to cleaning. Once we were able to get into our cabin an hour later, there were m&m's all over the 2nd floor carpet. Two of the three TV's were none functioning. When we called they sad they were...

Nice view of some of the Smoky Mountains. When we had a maintenance issue, the staff was responsive most of the time, like when the fireplace didn't work or we found the trash can bin busted. They came out that day and repaired it. However, the cabin we rented, Horsin' Around, can be described as a cabin with 'much needed...

My family and friends ( group of 16) stayed in a cabin Stepping on the Clouds and will never rent again from this company. For starters we were told less than 24 hrs of us traveling that the cabin did not have cable. We were reimbursed for this inconvenience but the cabin overall was a great disappointment! The cabin slept...

A wonderful place to rest on top of the hill overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains, very quiet and peaceful, away from the frenzy in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself is great, perfect for a family stay, everything working fine and when something needed to be replaced, staff did it right away.

I loved staying at Double D's cabin this last week. The cabin was nice & comfortable. The neighbors was really nice too. The view was really wonderful too! The mountain view was really awesome! It was really very relaxed vacation.

We enjoyed our stay even though it got off to a shaky start. The towels and bedding need to be replaced with thicker towels and new sheets. The comforter was old and had stains on it. The sheets were worn out and there were no pillow protectors. We found one of the TV clickers in the chair ... Accidentally! The...

The day we arrived was so incredibly hot and the air con was not working which they seemed to be aware of because they had placed a small portable air con in the bedroom which had a note on it advising not to more it. This barely cooled down the bedroom let along the rest of the house. The day...
