The rooms were clean but needed updated. We had a king suite with a Jacuzzi, balcony, 2 rooms with 2 TV's and a fridge & microwave. At a rate of $68 per night, we thought it was a fair value. There was an old uncomfortable sofa and the furniture was made out of logs, made to look like a rustic...

We decided at 4:00pm December 30th to take a quick weekend get away to Pigeon Forge. I called Pam @ Oak Tree Lodge to check on rooms. She only had one available for Saturday Dec 31 not for the 30th. I asked her to call me if she had any cancellations for that night. Within the hour she called me...

My husband and I were there for a weekend getaway. It was a great experience. All the staff were very accommodating and nice. Billy went out of his way to accommodate all of our request. The breakfast area was very clean and staff was very friendly.

This property has a two room suite they offer. It is the worst layout of any place you will find. Where the bed is, there is no ventilation. The night stands have a drawer that is bout 4 inches wide. There is a tiny rod to hang things on. There is a very small dresser which might fit very few...

We stayed this past Wed through Sat morning. I went down to the pool some one needs to address how it looks around the pool. It looked like no one keeps it up or just old looking. the rooms were OK but if it had not been a free promotion I would not have stayed there. One very bright star...

We stayed the weekend before Christmas and really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in a King Jacuzzi room on the third floor overlooking 441 - which makes for good car/people watching from the balcony. There will be traffic noise, but that's to be expected when you overlook the road. The bed was very comfortable and having the split bedroom from...

I have stayed in a plenty of hotels in Pigeon Forge as we come to the area 6 to 8 times a year... Oak tree lodge is very nice and is updated nicely. We stayed on Thanksgiving night and decided to return in December for our 5 year anniversary. Comfortable beds, clean, quite, and friendly. Couldn't of been happier with...

The Oak Tree Lodge is where we always stay when we spend a weekend in Pigeon Forge- we happened upon it a few years ago, and have been back several times since then. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, with large flat screen TV's (a must for my husband). There is also a nice indoor pool, and the...

I thought the price for this room was a high but I guess it was average for the area. The room need updating but nothing was so bad that we wanted to leave. The bathroom was extra small. The jacuzzi tub in the room was not good enough for anything more than a hot bath. The indoor pool was not...
