This is a really nice place to stay, very old school place but thats ok, just needs some updates to the rooms, the staff is really nice here and the stay was very pleasant for us. The pricing was very reasonable for busy season in the area, I would return again and stay. You like old school 70's 80's style... More

Sure I will agree with the older than some, cleaner than most. Rooms are clean. Pool was nice. Rooms are small. Going rate was $58 plus tax. We paid $68 for a room with two queen beds with a separate door. Was $77 after tax. They would NOT negotiate on price even though we were told by locals they would.... More

We stay here every time we visit the pigeon forge area. This motel is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and always smells fresh when u first arrive! The shower is my personal favorite! Haha! The best water pressure and the hottest water ever. That is most definitely what a person needs after a long day of walking... More

We have been staying here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always extremely clean with plenty of fresh linens. The entire staff is really great. It is convenient and safe. We just wouldn't think of staying any place else in this area. The garden and grounds are very well kept. Love to go... More

We stayed at Mountain Aire for the 2nd time this past weekend. This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. It is obvious the owners and employees take pride in this property. The linens are fresh and the beds are comfy! The staff are super friendly! They have won us over as regulars!

My parents have stayed at this little inn for years. We started staying the last three. They r a basic room ...budget friendly..and some of the friendliest staff and owners as well as clean place to stay. We enjoy the beautiful flower gardens..the pool..and we use their grill area and picnic table for family dinner most days on our visits..... More

My wife and I decided this past Sunday morning to just pack our stuff and take a random trip to Pigeon Forge Area. On our way we called around to different places to see who all had vacancy and not many had any room. We called the Mountain Aire and they had a room for us at a good price... More

My husband and I have stayed at this motel several and our experiences have been favorable until this Memorial Day Weekend. We had reservations to this motel. When we arrived, we wanted to pay cash for the room and were told that we had to charge it to the credit card. The clerk then told us that since my husband... More

We have stayed here multiple times. The room was clean with lots of space in the 2bedroom. It is an older inn, but has character. There are beautiful gardens to enjoy and even an outdoor pool. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.
