Great place, staffed by great people. Super clean and organized. Breakfast to die for. Very quiet and relaxing. Go for a room that faces East - the sunrise is magnificent. What more can be said ???? All this and reasonably priced.

Very welcoming, great views, and a real desire to please and make people happy. I highly recommend this place. I'm now just putting in words to meet the two hundred character minimum because it won't post if I do not this.

I thought things couldn't be better the first time I visited, but Patrick and Sue provided an even lovelier experience this time. Fabulous place for a couples trip, for a sister's trip, for a Mother/daughter's trip. Everything is wonderful--the lodge, the people, the food, the views, the hospitality. A very favorite place of mine.

Berry Springs Lodge is our favorite getaway for special occasions and just for fun. Always spotlessly clean and friendly! My husband is gluten intolerant and the staff made a special effort to make sure that he had gluten free desserts in the evening and gluten free options at breakfast. This effort was very much appreciated and made his stay special...

Not a great t me of year to be here, but we had a nice time. We had a first floor king suite with a nice size bathroom and a nice porch with a great view. We didn't spend any time staring at the fabulous view because we got there too late so it was almost dark, and it was...

My fiancé and I just stayed at Berry Springs lodge to celebrate our anniversary and it was exactly what we needed. The lodge was clean and our room was perfect. We stayed in the Holly Springs room. There was a hot tub on the porch that provided relaxation during the day at night. The stars were beautiful at night. Breakfast...

This was mine and my wife's first stay at a B & B. It was a little difficult to find and the driveway/road was very dark. We were a little skeptical when we checked in. We had read online that they collect cereal for the community every year and will give $40 off a night for every box of cereal...

We are sorry about the confusion on the cereal discount promo. Unfortunately when a reservation is booked through a online reservation company like Expedia or Hotels.com they collect for the entire stay when you make your reservation and we have now way of crediting their account. Plus they discount out rates and also charge us a commission. If you book...

Berry Springs is a comfortable, clean, lovely B&B, exactly as described. The owners and staff are wonderful and accommodating. Daily breakfasts and nightly desserts were excellent. It's clear that the owners take great pride in their lodge and B&B. We would definitely return in a heartbeat.

Very close. Dollywood is off Veterans Blvd which is one of the streets you travel to Berry Springs. 10-12 minutes away but far enough that you don't hear any noise. Same for Pigeon Forge, 10 - 12 minutes tops. Collier Dr is an easy access to Pigeon Forge from Veterans Blvd. Gatlinburg is about 15-20 minutes depending upon traffic. Also Veterans Blvd is a 5 lane highway between Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. I think the locals use it to avoid the traffic congestion. Hope this is helpful.

Securing your bikes should not be a problem. This is an extremely safe and secure area. You should be able to secure with chain and lock on the premises and never worry about anyone bothering your bikes. The lodge is at the end of a very long drive and the only people here are adult guests and the owners. We seldom ever lock the door to our room.

At this point I am not aware of any one that can deliver. The beverage laws are different in this area.
