I phoned to make a reservation 865 429 3904 and she said if you come for one night it will cost you 100.00 without breakfast if you want breakfast it will cost you 35.00 more, I do not have time to cook for you. We are a working Farm. Well, if you are, then why place on your website that...

We have stayed here two times in the last year and the hospitality is unbelievable. Victoria goes out of her way to make sure her guests have a unique experience. The farm is open and inviting, you can explore and bond with the animals and come away with a great experience. Our children loved every minute and where extremely sad...

We found Victoria and her wonderful retreat while looking for a family-oriented bed and breakfast in the Smokies. What we found is a home away from home, and definitely a very different experience from any hotel or B&B we had ever been. Victoria is an amazing host, a great, warm person, and she is very accommodating. She goes way above...

'Miss Victoria' was extremely generous and kind to our children. She is an exceptional host and we were delighted with the breakfasts and enjoyed her company around the campfire. The animals are so fun and the view is outstanding. The accomodations are very comfortable. Don't miss a chance to stay here!

Ms. Victoria is one terrific lady. We went to Persephone's Farm to celebrate my birthday and arrived to find flowers and a card. The next day was my birthday and when she arrived at the door with the most awesome hot meal, she also had a birthday card for me. The farm is wonderful, and although the weather did not...

We were looking for a wheelchair accessible cabin near the Smoky Mountains... and we found a wonderful one! The living room and bed room were very spacious. The bathroom had enough room for me to make a full turn but was not spacious. She provided a shower bench that was easy to use and it had a hand held shower...

We had a great stay at this farm. They have 2 cabins that overlook a river. There are lots of horses, goats, dogs, and chickens. Our 3 kids loved the place! They helped groom a horse, collect eggs, and play with the dogs. We wish we would have stayed a few days more. We are already trying to figure out...

I would like the world to know of our vacation in TN. We checked in with my wife and pet bird (Putter). Our room was in the main house 100 yrs. old, like a victorian home with antiques all through the house. It was so so clean and smelled like wildflowers . We slept so good in that king size...

We stayed five glorious days. Enjoyed the farm very much. The animals were a big hit with my city girls. One of the miniature ponies got his hair brushed and braided with pretty colorful barretts, thanks to Erika and Megan. They also enjoyed the hotdog roast and smores provided one night by Miss Victoria's hospitality. We were close to all...

My daughter (3.5) and I took a trip to the Smoky Mtns. and had the best nights of our trip at Persephone's B&B. A delicious breakfast is brought to your cabin door in the AM, you set the time, terrific view of the French Broad river, and quiet. The owner, Victoria, is great and really cares about the quality of...

“Do not do business with this place when you call at 4pm in the afternoon, for some reason I may have woken her up from a dead sleep... she was very rude and I asked her questions she gripped at me, I said I do not want to stay here... I booked my rooms at Blue Mountain Mist instead where I know, that I would be treated with respect. friends of ours said there said to me, that this is a working far and they have no patience with others who just come for a few nights they want you to stay there for 1 to 2 weeks... this rude woman told me that she can not make a living with one to two night stays... so specify this when you book...”
