Nice, clean room. Great price and great staff. This room may not have all the modern updates but it is clean and spacious. Can't beat the price. The indoor pool is nice also. The continental breakfast was nice but small with only have donuts and pastries.

Upon arrival which was before noon, we were allowed to check in since our room was ready. That was so nice as we had been on the road since 1:30 a.m. As usual the front desk folks were as nice as they could be. Our 1st floor room turned out to be a handicap accessible room. What that meant was...

Weekend Pigeon Forge about three or four times a year and have stayed at several different places. We have stayed at the Norma Dan a few times before. Have always had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean. The people were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The cost is wonderful and the service...

From initial reservation to check out, this is the friendliest motel I have ever stayed at. Front desk, reservation agent, and maids were all top notch and super friendly. Great Christmas village display in lobby. I carry a UV light to inspect rooms and our was clean! Coffee and breakfast were good. Only motel in TN during our trip that...

We were welcomed and treated with the friendliest most sincere kindness. We were staying @ the Brookside Resort in Gatlinburg during the horrible fire and were evacuated. We were due to checkout the morning after the evacuations, as we were only there for a few days visiting from Maryland. The first three nights we stayed in three different local chain...

I stayed in this hotel growing up every year. It has lots of memories from my childhood, so when we planned on coming for this trip and I read all the good reviews, I knew we had to stay here again. I requested a room on the front with a balcony so that we could have a view of Dixie...

This a good hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN. It is close to all the sights of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our room was very clean and we didn't have the first problem. It's very cheap compared to the other hotels but well worth the price.

Clean, centrally located, and inexpensive motel. Decent continental breakfast too. We booked mid-week December and It was priced right! We were in our small RV and the Price was cheaper than the rv parks! Two double beds, a table and overall very clean is a can't miss combo. The tv was old style but furniture was not worn, nor was...

A delightful "old school" motel. We loved our stay here. The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfy. The heated indoor pool was a wonderful way to relax in the winter after several long days at Dollywood and other attractions. Best thing of all? You get this at an affordable rate! Will be back!

The Norma Dan Hotel is an older hotel but that is the only negative The hotel is family owned and has been for many years. The rooms are very clean and the staff are the best I actually stayed there 34 years ago and Norm and Dan were the people at the front desk and on my visit this week...
