My family has owned at this resort since it opened...Covid has hit most harshly....doesn’t matter though, the OVER PRICED dues have to be paid...as high as the dues are now, we could enjoy a much more updated and probably new condo...each time we go we expect things to be better, ummmm nope, still crappy furniture...the game room needs updating so badly...the only thing good at this place anymore is the staff! They have always been good to us...

Our maintenance fees go up every year yet we come and things are worse. No hot water this time. Sliding door in back is hard to open and close. Always something! What are we paying for exactly????? Maintenance came to check back sliding door. Says it’s missing parts but can’t do anything about it!!!! He had a bad attitude also!!! We have been owners for 30 years and each year gets worse!!!!! So much needs to be fixed at this resort and no one seems to care. Just not enjoyable at all anymore!!!!! Pretty sad we pay all this money a year for pretty much nothing!!!!!

Overall stay was good. The amenities could use some updates. Staff was very nice and helpful. The couch was sagging and the refrigerator made noise. Front door the paint was pealing off. The floor next to TV was coming up on the left side.

I have stayed here many times and always have a quiet, relaxing stay. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The only con was the sofas - very old, worn out, sagging, difficult to sit on and forget trying to sleep on sofa bed. But, I can see that units are being remodeled and updated so maybe new sofas will be a part of the update. Despite the sofas, always enjoy my stay at Mountain Meadows.

As an owner, this place was not up to par for our impromptu couples getaway! The furniture & decor is outdated and in need of cleaning! This place has seen better days. Good location to get away from all the noise of the main strip but leaves a lot to be desired.... especially during this pandemic season.
