We stayed at Country cascade resort and water park and couldn’t of been more pleased. There was a small minor issue with my air conditioner in the room and Rick the service man quickly came to repair, he was very nice and aimed to please, the air was working in no time and the room cooled right off. We’ve stayed here several times and have been very pleased with customer service, continental breakfast and the water park is awesome 😎
Our family of 6 stayed at Cascades on a spur of the moment trip. We loved the water park area. The kiddie area is perfect for little ones. While the rooms run on the smaller side, they were clean and beds were comfy. My teen slept on the foldout sofa bed and never complained. The only issue we had was the room was hard to cool down. The service staff was prompt and always brought what we needed almost immediately. We had a great trip.
The Williams Family (27 persons) was warmly received and accommodated from the moment we arrived at the Country Casdades Waterpark Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. Sales Representative, Missy Grooms ensured that all was well from beginning to our final departure of the beautiful facility with such wonderful amenities. My grands were so enthralled and can't wait to return. A Special Thank You is extended to Missy and staff for making our stay one we will never forget! Can't wait to enjoy the resort additions that are currently under construction.
Before we took our trip I had read some reviews about country Cascades how the rooms weren’t cool and how the pool was so small. I’m here to say that review was so WRONG! This was the best place that we had stayed in all of our 20 years coming to pigeon Forge and we come a couple of times during the year our room was great nice and cool in Clean. The breakfast buffet was the best scrambled egg sausage cereals All types of coffees, Fresh fruit make your own pancakes the food they over just goes on and on . The quality of the food was the best very fresh get me hard. All the employees working in the dining area we’re always asking if you need anything and we’re willing to wait on you I’ll get you what you need it thank you very friendly and very attentive. As far as the outside water park goes it was a 10. My grand children age 14 and 5 said it was the Best the pool is a walk-in pool it is very nice I think he goes to 4 1/2 feet would you don’t have to worry about the children get very deep water in the splash pad was also very nice for the little ones . My husband really enjoyed the stay too and her chairs in the pool that you could sit in and be in the water and stay cool. Were there for three days and None of us were ready to come home we’re gonna planning a trip back this September for four more days till employees and everybody was just super nice I can’t express How nice this place is it’s just been a well-kept secret I guess but it’s terrific!…
Room 1206 air conditioner not good at all. Breakfast was good. Megan and Julie in The dining room were excellent! Water park swimming pool is only 4 1/2 ft which is good for children. It is a half a mile from the Laconte center where we had CT Ministries Arise 2022 with 4000 teenagers. The hotel is very accommodating for our group victory Baptist church from North Augusta South Carolina. Over 150 teens.
we chose this resort for our children and they were absolutely in love with the place. i couldn’t keep them out of the water. the resort is walking distance from so many different activities and places to eat. can’t wait to come back next year!
My first reaction upon entering was that it's VERY VERY dated. So i was dreading the rooms. Just what i was afraid of the room fit the hotel old and gross. I asked to be switched to the newer building but it wasn't a big difference. I won't be staying again and discourage anybody else to not get your hopes up by the picture. It is NOT the same. I took photos but now i can't find them.
The resort was very clean and the staff was friendly with safety being a high priority for the guest. I would highly recommend it to any family. The breakfast was good. There was construction going on for expansion but it was noisy.
Went with my daughter and two granddaughters to Dollywood and stayed here 3 nights. The pool and slides were covered by 3 or more life guards who were very attentive. The Free breakfast was unbelievable. The tables were spaced 6 feet apart, they have a full drink station with juices, tea bags and mild to strong coffee options. There is a person at a separate stand serving eggs and breakfast meat. A person helping you with making pancakes and refilling food items as needed. Fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits, biscuits and gravey, dry cereal, toast and yogurt. I travel alot and this would have been considered extremely good before covid but, to have this available now is unheard of. They also have " to go" containers so you can eat in you room if you prefer. The employees and management were constantly cleaning the tables and other surfaces when they weren't helping people. Definitely recommend.…
This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. The included breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to the day! You can enjoy the water slides, swim in the zero-entry pool or just relax and sunbathe. The kids zero-entry pool and water play area kept our littles entertained and smiling for hours. The water park has lifeguards on duty adding extra safety and the staff was courteous and kind. Julie was always smiling, made sure we had everything we needed and kept the dining room spotless. When you visit be sure to say hello and thank her for her hard work.
