Townhouse with two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths and pullout sofa down stairs with half bath, large dinning table and adequate kitchen. Living room had fireplace with unlimited wood piles around the houses. Carpet and bedroom furniture was very dated, living room furniture was new. VERY clean! Location was perfect to all the local attractions but still very private....

These townhomes are very old and the furniture has seen its better days. The mattress in the master bedroom was a torture rack. We did enjoy the closeness to Dollywood but would have appreciated a little more up to date accommodations. Would stay again if in a pinch and nothing else available.

We arrived for a 7 night stay around 5pm. The office was closed but our welcome package and key code was left in a box outside the reception area. The unit was clean and quite but needs work. We had a burner out on the stove, a dishwasher that didn't work, the can opener was broken, and the couch and...

I had read some reviews that were not so great. However, we had a great time while visiting. The units are a little dated and could use a new deck. But for the time that we were there it was perfect. The unit was huge. Lots of room to move around and lots of closet space available.

Not sure why all the bad reviews about this place-- we have stayed in the condos at Pinecrest/Ridgecrest twice now and have been pleased both times. Other family members come here annually they love it so much! I can't speak for the townhouses but the condo side is fabulous! They are exceptionally clean and have well stocked kitchens, and the...

Nice quiet place to spend the week. We had everything we needed, except for hair dryer, reception made calls and even went looking for one. Super nice and friendly. Our condo has 2 1/2 baths, two upstairs bedrooms, two flat screen TV's; one in living area and one upstairs. Everything is dated, some really bad wall paper in kitchen and...

Great staff...the are very personable! They could use some updating but for the price it is a great place to stay. It has two bed rooms upstairs with full bathrooms the downstairs has a full size kitchen and a pull out couch and a half bath. Some have full washer and dryers and some have stack units.

The townhomes from the inside looks like it was built and decorated back in the 70s. Everything is very outdated. Yes it was clean but very dated from the colored bath tubs and sinks to the flower bed spread and flower curtains for the kitchen including dated cabinets. I will never come back to this place. There was no hot...

Very run down! Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights .. I won the trip through a drawing. Had it not been free we would not have stayed here. It was very clean I will say that but the Sheetrock work was awful! Screws missing .. Blinds broke.. Fireplace is a joke. The bathrooms are made for little people...
