I have stayed hear many, many times. Good location, ample parking. Staff will go way out of the norm to help you get preferential tickets to shows, even more assistance if you use American Express Gold.
Still they can help with almost any card you...More

Thank you taking the time to review our hotel. I'm glad you like our location. I appreciate your kind comments about our team.
We hope to see you again soon.
Place was quiet and convenient staff was friendly, but room was dark and breakfast was a big disappointment. Cold eggs, poor selection, pancake maker broken. Also it was not easy to get to rooms from parking areas.More

We are sorry we were not able to provide you with a better quality of service. This is not typical of our usual breakfast selections. Our staff is always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We try hard to make sure all of...More
Great staff at this hotel. They were very helpful. Our room had a fireplace and whirlpool, which were wonderful. It also had very noisy pipes which kept my husband awake. He shut the bathroom door, and that helped a little. The pipes didn't bother me,...More

This was a 1st for us as we normally book a cabin rental so this was the first hotel we have booked in over 6 years! I must admit - it was a great hotel with great prices and clean facilities.

I don't want this to be a "bad" review. This isn't a bad hotel. It is older and well worn. Not in bad shape, but it certainly could be better maintained. Great location and maybe that's what you're paying for. The room was large and...More

Hello Valued Guest!
Thanks for staying at our hotel and for your straightforward feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the rooms' setup and limited outlets fell short of your expectations and the closet nook is not big enough. These are not the type of service...More

There are actually TWO Holiday Inn Express hotels in Pigeon Forge. The one we stayed at had an indoor pool, if I remember correctly. One way to find out with certainty is to CALL the exact hotel you plan to book for the summer, they will be able to tell you for sure. My visit was last October so things MIGHT have changed, hotels often update or remodel areas that get a lot of use.
One thing for sure, if you are going in June and the indoor pool is out of order the outdoor one should be fine for use. Good luck and have a GREAT trip this summer, we really enjoyed ourselves in that part of the state, so much to see and do you might not have a lot of time for swimming. Remember the Great Smoky Mountains are only 10 miles away and there is a ton of exploring to do there, I wish we had spent more time there.
