This was our first trip to Nashville. I purposely booked this location due to the free shuttle that takes you to the airport and downtown. I was a bit worried due to the reviews of the rooms but after requesting a king size bed, we get a renovated room. It was clean and large. If you looked closely you could...

Thankfully, I only needed to stay here two nights and no more. My employer required me to be in this area of Nashville for two long days of meetings, and I needed a safe place to stay very near the meeting location for a price that my employer would actually reimburse. This hotel is relatively inexpensive, safe and near where...

I had a four day stay at this wonderful hotel. It is in a very nice location of Nashville with a convenient store, Starbucks and fast food services within walking distance from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well as the rooms being laid out nicely. The hotel decor takes advantage of Nashville ' s music past with...

Used Priceline to get the hotel, we selected a downtown hotel and it was by no means near downtown. They did have a shuttle but we got in too late to use it. Still it was a very nice hotel and enjoyed the karoake bar.

The hotel is old, but nice and has been updated in several ways, including the lobby and elevators and halls. Rooms could use some upgrade touches, such as a full-length mirror and minor repairs in bathroom. We had plenty of hot water, good climate control in room, fine TV reception, but the walls are pretty thin, so guests can hear...

Loved the location, decor & view of Nashville. Did not enjoy the party crowd in the room across the hallway, especially being awakened at 3 am. However it was a Saturday night in Nashville. I would recommend this hotel to others in the future.

Nice foyer, average rooms, breakfast room nice and bright. Staff helpful and shuttle bus excellent, only takes about ten minutes to downtown. Drivers friendly....one of our group left her bag on the bus and the driver came back to where he dropped us within 15 minutes to return it. Easy free parking in front of the hotel. Good choice if...

I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
