Nice place just needs alittle updating. The staff could be alot friendlier. I was staying there for business and they asked for my personal Credit card even though the company had already prepaid for the stay.. Well thats a big no no.. I have a cell phone so you dont need to hold anything for incidentals and I dont smoke......

Last minute trip from MI due to father-in-law admitted to Centennial ICU. Hospital told us to call GuestHouse Inn for hospital rate, we were told the best rates were online and so we made reservation online. We called on our way down to request late check in since we were going directly to hospital and did not know when we...

Good place to stay if you are planning on spending your time outside of hotel and just need a place to crash. Although I would not come back. First and last visit. Everything about this hotel was dated. It needs a complete renovation. I did not feel comfortable here. Reviews about this hotel are accurate. I can not say anything...

We stayed here for two nights while attending a rock festival in town this past weekend. Great location, you can get an uber in 1-3 minutes and it's only $5 to go to Broadway or Marathon Music Works. Free parking, which is rare in Nashville. We didn't get up in time for the free breakfast. lol. Our room was pretty...

We needed a convenient room near Vanderbilt for a procedure I was having done early in the morning. We found the check in process very simple, the room ws very clean and neat and looked just as pictured. I was a bit disappointed that if you wanted vending items you had to go to the lobby but that also was...

Have stayed at this hotel every visit to Nashville for its proximity to Vanderbilt University. Conveniently located to VU, about 25 minute walk from downtown (not encouraged as it is long and through some rougher areas). Definitely the more economic option in the area, and as a result, the amenities are less. Rooms are large, shower is hot, A/C can...

Stayed here for several days last year and wasn't impressed. With the close proximity to St Thomas Midtown it's your best rate. We stayed again last night and I have to say it was a better stay. Floors were in good shape Not slick like last time. We stayed on the 5th floor a d I. Believe we were the...

Thank you for taking the time to share with us the problems that you had during your stay in Nashville. Unfortunately I believe that you have us mistaken for another hotel as we are located in the Midtown area of Downtown Nashville. And we do not have a bar at our location. Again, we thank you for your comments and...

The room was poorly masked with cheap vinyl flooring and bad faux painting on the walls. The room was above the outdoor smoking area which had drunks out there until the wee hours on the morning. Continental breakfast was very weak with little choices. i.e. corn flakes or frosted flakes and no fruit. Coffee tasted 3 days old. All this...

Richard-At the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room walls aren't in perfect condition but it was in an excellent location for a fair price that included breakfast. It's an excellent location that included parking in and out with waffle breakfast. Deal.
