Detailed Reviews
We stayed the weekend to hang out, eat, and go downtown to listen to music. The hotel was in a great location, just a short ride or walk from most things we wanted to do. Hattie's was a couple of blocks away and so was the tavern (great brunch). The hotel has a free shuttle for trips within 2 miles, which we used a few times. Other times we walked or took an uber so we didn't need to wait for the shuttle. Most uber's were $8 or less, including going downtown which was just over 1 mile away. We did walk back 1 time before dinner since it was a nicer evening. We got to the hotel really early in the morning and were surprised to find out our room was ready. They staff was really nice and friendly, offering suggestions on where to eat. They offer free breakfast, but we didn't eat at the hotel as we wanted to try as many local places as possible. Rooms were clean. Toilet was seperate from the shower and each little room had a sink which was nice. Great experience, and chances are we would stay here again on a return trip.

We have only been here for today so far but I had to get on and show some appreciation. First we arrived really early after driving all night they had a room and allowed us to check in early (we were very thankful). We slept few hours then proceeded to head out and explore. The shuttle service was nothing short of amazing. Evan was our driver he was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to talk with during our shuttle. We utilized the shuttle twice so far today definitely planning on using the rest of the weekend! Overall so far we have been happy with our visit looking forward to the rest of our weekend!

Highly recommended. We only stayed 2 nights but the service was great. About a 10 minute Uber ride from the airport cost about $12. The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. Some items we requested we delivered without having to follow up which is always nice. Love the separate shower area in SpringHill Suites.
A special shout out to the local shuttle which dropped off and picked up within 2 miles. That was far enough to get into town so saved a lot or walking or Uber fares. Although they are contracted and not part of the Marriott Hotel the drivers were great making recommendations for places to go to have a more "local" experience.

Spent the weekend in Nashville on a little road trip across Tennessee, and the Spring Hill Suites is wonderful, so much so, this was our second time staying at this hotel. Both the studio and one bedroom units are spacious, well decorated, and come with a kitchen. The bathroom lighting is amazing for selfies as well! The location is great as well with some great dining nearby, and a few LGBTQ+ clubs within walking distance.
Specifically from our most recent visit, the front desk staff were amazing. They were both busy tending to another client, but as soon as we arrived, Kim moved over to check us in. She welcomed us graciously, and thanked us for our Elite Status at least three times. We asked if any complimentary upgrades were available, and she was able to move us into a one bedroom with an excellent view.
On our next trip across the state, we'll absolutely stay at this hotel again.

This property is located straight down from Broadway where all the "honkey tonks" are. It is also within walking distance to more low key but busy bars and several restaurants. The Cook Out, Hattie B's and Jaspers are all worth visiting. The rooms are spacious and they are doing the best they can with COVID. They do not have small bottles of lotion like many hotels do. Their shampoo/conditioner and body soap are in larger bottles attached to the shower wall. The room we were in had no tub only a shower. They could have done better by providing a fresh set of towels daily without having to request them. We stayed 5 nights and always had to ask for fresh towels. No room service/cleaning due to COVID unless you ask for it. We had to ask several times for trash bags and then we would just set our trash in the hall way. Had to walk over to adjoining Residence in for breakfast. It was nicely done with all prewrapped food to go due to COVID. The breakfast sandwhiches were good.
Overall, it is a good location and clean. The price for the parking garage was a ridiculous $29 a day. Scott and Brenda at the front desk were wonderful people to interact with.

Nashville is HOT in September and the streets are a hell to navigate. This hotel offered a drop off and pick up shuttle service to nearby attractions and addresses and saved us a LOT of hassle. If it had been cooler and we had more time, we could have walked around the city more than we did but what a relief to find a place that offered this service.
We had a quite stay here. It was clean, located in central area to the attractions we wanted to see and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have one day where the water was shut off for several hours but this was a fluke.
Breakfast was standard for the Marriott chain. One night, we actually had time to sit at the hotel bar and talk with the bartender and other tourists and that was a lot of fun. I had a Shirley Temple...did not drink at all that day...and still managed to take a nose dive in front of Tootsie's World Famous Orchid Lounge later that night.
This was an enjoyable hotel made more than a chain by the exceptional Staff.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and accommodations were exactly what we needed. Ronda and Ralph with my needs when checking in. The icing on the cake was the shuttle service. We came to Nashville for a four day conference and thought we would have to arrange Lyfts to and from Music City Center every day. Imagine our surprise when at check in we were told about the shuttle service. Evan and Ronnie were always quick to respond to our calls and always arrived within their estimated time. There were 8500 people at the conference and I’m sure they transported many many groups but Evan and Ronnie always friendly and genuinely seemed happy to see us when they picked us up. The service was so good that we used the shuttle to get to and from our restaurants in the evening. The shuttle eliminated the stress of transportation in a city we weren’t familiar with. Thanks, Evan and Ronnie for making our trip that much easier. Thanks Spring Hill for providing the service.

I was woken up 3 times between 7 & 8 am on a Sunday morning by staff calling repeatedly and housekeeping. They messed up and checked me out of my room while I was still sleeping. THEIR mistake somehow necessitated waking me up 3 times. When they finally understood I was legitimately in my room I was told that "you are all good". Seriously? That is how you are going to handle it? Start by apologizing. And don't wake someone up multiple times early on a Sunday to try and solve their own error. Felt 100% that they cared about systems over guests.
The front desk clerk never recognized my Bonvoy status and only mentioned the program when she said they would give me points to make up for their errors (when I checked out). A week later and no emailed apology nor extra points.
Was so much happier at the Marriott Residence Inn downtown for the rest of my stay in Nashville. Don't stay at the SpringHill Suites Nashville West End if you value service.

Best hotel I've stayed at in years. All of my family flew in and stayed at this hotel for my daughter's wedding. The hotel made sure we were all on the same floor and a pack n play was set in one of our rooms. Knowing I was mother of the bride, they checked on me a few times every time I walked near the front desk. I really enjoyed the convenience of a warm breakfast in the morning and the attached self-parking garage(fee for it) without having to use a valet. The bartender each night was fabulous and took care of us each night. Without a doubt, the best service we've had in years!!!

I stayed at this hotel to attend a nearby Berkshire Hathaway convention. Excellent service, great room, and super clean. Having a complimentary breakfast was convenient before hitting 8 hours + of convention time. We enjoyed the live music Monday night too! The shuttle service was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

t doesn't pay to have a car; the hotel has a great shuttle service (free) that will take you up to 12 miles on any direction; daily parking cost $27.00 per day. At the minimum you better off with taxis or Uber.
