Clearly this hotel is superior in management and service. The rooms are very recently remodeled and the hotel sits only a couple blocks from the downtown attractions. There is a construction project going on looks like to add on to the hotel, but we were not inconvenienced by this and did not hear any noise. There are construction projects all...

We arrived at the hotel late afternoon. Power was out (due to construction I am assuming.) But they were able to check us in. Room was HUGE and nice. But the next 2 days we returned to our room at 4:30 or so and it had still not been made up. We felt this was a little late in the...

The staff at this hotel is fantastic!! They went over and above to recommend restaurants, things to do, places to go. When we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends. Rooms are clean, comfortable, even with the construction going on....the construction people were great too.

We were not aware the hotel was under construction when we booked and would recommend you stay somewhere else. It was loud, dirty and overrun with construction workers. Our room was not ready when we checked in and the problems we raised with our loud heating/cooling system went unaddressed. The only thing going for the hotel is it's location, but...

Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. We sincerely apologize for not living up to your expectations. I also apologize about the notice on the construction. We posted the advisory on our website in January and advised other Intermediaries. Our phase one room renovation is over. We truly value your business and hope to...

We only stayed one night but the location was excellent! A five minute walk took you right past the Johny Cash museum and put you right on Broadway with the popular second street one block south and the popular Legends Tavern and Ryman Theatre one block north. The staff at the hotel was great - newly renovated rooms were very...

The hotel is a nice place to stay. However it is overpriced for the quality of rooms offered. The room quality is what you would expect of a $125-$150 a night room, not a $489 a night room. The breakfast was decent plenty of choices, just a little overcooked.

Wonderful, new hotel with excellent service. Breakfast buffet was good with some hot options as well as standard cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries. Nice location with easy access to highways, restaurants, gas, grocery stores, and shopping. 20 miles to Nashville that equated to a 30-45 minute drive. We were in Hendersonville to attend a conference and to sight see...

Nashville hotels are not cheap if you want to be downtown where things are happening. I checked out a few of the hotels that got good ratings and I just couldn't see paying $250-$350 for a hotel that looks like a million others. I wanted something that made me fell I was in Nashville, but didn't really find that. This...

I almost never write reviews but was compelled to on this occasion. This hotel is under construction on every floor, some worse than others. Furniture lines the halls, paint fumes throughout and even the rooms that are finished are not. The phone in our room didn't work, only one bedside lamp and electrical outlets not working. But that is not...
