Conrad Nashville is celebrated for its luxurious atmosphere and well-appointed rooms, complete with modern amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's exceptional cleanliness is a point of pride, with guests consistently praising the spotless environment. Service at Conrad Nashville is generally exemplary, with friendly staff often going the extra mile, though the bar service can sometimes lag. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel is a serene escape within easy reach of downtown attractions. While the hotel's amenities, including dining options and a pool, are highly regarded, some travelers caution that the experience comes with a steep price tag, including costly valet fees.

After a disastrous experience at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale, said I would never stay another.
Had originally booked a different hotel in Nashville, but it was nothing as advertised, so found myself quickly finding another hotel.
The Conrad was “first” on the list when checking with AmEx FHR, the rate was reasonable so I rolled the dice. So glad that I did.
Zach (sp?) and his team at valet, along with the bellman, were exceptional throughout our stay, much better than my last couple of Waldorf stays…they could give a few pointers for 5-star service.
Stephanie at check in explained all the features of the hotel splendidly and later she, along with the concierge, provided excellent recommendations for both the Blue Aster Lounge and Thistle & Rye.
As others have noted the hotel is very thoughtfully designed, I especially like the option of the night light in the bathroom.
Thoroughly enjoyed returning from dinner and the duo of piano and stand up bass in the lobby. Hadn’t planned to linger, but definitely changed my mind.
Wish I could remember everyone’s name, as service across all venues excellent.
Would definitely stay again on future trips to Nashville.
Two small “complaints”, while it’s a new build, in some ways felt as if an office building converted to hotel, and while I’m not a bath person, I do enjoy taking advantage when f huge soaking tubs, but this hotel doesn’t have any bath products and/or butler to assist. Hesitant to mention as this is a 5-star hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with us and that you decided to give Conrad another chance, especially after your previous experience in Fort Lauderdale. It's wonderful to know that Zach and his valet team, along with the bellman, provided exceptional service throughout your stay. We appreciate your kind words about Stephanie at check-in and our concierge team, who offered excellent recommendations for dining options. We're thrilled that you enjoyed the thoughtful design of the hotel and the ambiance in our lobby with the piano and stand-up bass. It's our goal to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. We are grateful for your feedback, and we will certainly take your comments about the hotel's design and the absence of bath products and a butler into consideration as we strive to continually improve our services. My husband and I stayed here for one night after 5 days in the Pigeon Forge area. I have to admit it was a little shock to the system at first, coming from a low key area and staying at an AirBnB where you basically do everything for yourself, than coming to this hotel where as soon as you pull up to the doors someone wants to help you. Someone is there to park your car, carry your luggage, check you in even though you already checked in online, give you waters, give you a map of where you should go and safety tips for Broadway and get you ice. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but my husband loved it.

We used the fitness center and pool which where both great. After coming back from dinner we had wine and dessert in the lobby and we’re entertained by an amazing live singer. We when came back to our room, we found out they do a turn down service and left us two of the best cookies I have had and waters. The hotel room floors also required your key to access them from the elevator. Which is a safety feature I love.

If you want a full service hotel (it would be nice if they had a spa) I would definitely recommend this place. I have to say that we did not pay cash for this hotel but used a reward certificate we had. Looking at the price it seems to be at an above average price point for Nashville hotels, but if you are looking for that extra service and security I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow…just WOW! From arrival to departure, this hotel is much more than I expected. The Conrad brand signals excellence, and I admit to being unsure about what I would find in Nashville. I love Nashville, and there are amazing hotels here. But from the moment I stepped into the Conrad, I knew I was in for a special treat. First—and this is important—I didn’t arrive at BNA until nearly midnight, so by the time I arrived at the hotel, it was late…but the young woman manning the desk was as professional and welcoming as any of the (several) people who staff the desk during the day. She was awesome. I was also beyond words when I was informed my 2 night stay was upgraded, though I hadn’t requested one. The upgrade put me in a luxurious suite that words will not do justice…I’ve stayed in many luxurious resorts in my time, and the 12th Fl corner suite they assigned me holds its own. But I also looked at standard and superior rooms when on property: all were better than expected for Nashville first class accommodations. And the amenities offered are as every bit over the top as the upgrade suite. The fitness center and pool are awesome. The food and drink at the hotel bar and Blue Aster is tasty and a good value. I wanted to sample the in-room dining, but as with most luxury hotels, the premium for this service was just a little high for me, so I opted to take the grueling elevator ride 12 floors down to enjoy the same fare in the restaurant, sans deliver and service changes (although, I might have indulged in a couple of martinis while I was at it, thus nullifying the room service charges? IDK). The location of the Conrad is spectacular, and the views of rapidly growing downtown Nashville are epic. I will be staying here again, and soon, and while I LOVED the suite I was upgraded to, I’ll be happy with any room in this hotel. I applaud management for bringing such a great brand to the market in Nashville.

We spent 3 nights in the Conrad Nashville at the beginning of July and had a fabulous time. We booked a King and Double Double and were given rooms next door to one another on the 5th floor, which was very convenient. Each were finished to an impeccable standard - modern, comfortable and spacious. We had got engaged just before arriving in Nashville and when we checked in, balloons were placed in the room as a surprise by the team to celebrate which was really thoughtful. We made use of the outdoor pool which was enjoyable and we had 2 delicious breakfasts in Blue Aster. All colleagues we encountered during our trip were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well located in walking distance to the key sites. Overall a fantastic stay at a modern and luxurious hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Conrad for three nights while he attended a trade show downtown. I decided to join him on the trip specifically because he was staying at the Conrad. I am so glad I did, because it did not disappoint! What a treat it was to be spoiled by the amazing team they have. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I spent a lot of time by their beautiful pool, and enjoyed lunch and drinks there. I thought the menu had nice variety and I loved that they had inventive mocktails in addition to their cocktail offerings. We also dined at the bar at Blue Aster for lunch which was great as well. The live music both in the lounge at Blue Aster and at Thistle and Rye upstairs was a nice touch. I thoroughly enjoyed the jazz trio on Saturday evening with a glass of wine before heading off property for dinner!

Every team member we encountered greeted us, asked us how our stay was going, and offered recommendations for things to do or see. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and it makes guests feel special. The Housekeeping team was amazing and our room was expertly cleaned each morning and turned down each night. They even left us extra complimentary bottled waters because I assume they noticed how quickly we were going through water. It’s the little details that make the difference at a five star property!

The hotel itself is well appointed and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well thought out. The location for us was ideal as we did not want to be in the thick of the chaos of downtown. This was a nice oasis away from downtown, but was still walkable (just be aware that currently you do have to walk a bit out of the way to get there because of the construction at the Grand Hyatt).

11/10 stay, and the hotel itself would be one of my reasons for returning to Nashville!

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed in room 721 and 521. The views from these corner rooms are really nice. Just some background information. I checked in via the mobile Hilton app. So I may have missed some welcome info. No refrigerator or microwave so I pulled some bottles out of the mini bar to keep my steak cold. Turns out the mini bar has a sensor which will automatically charge you if you lift the bottle. Customer service was excellent and they took the charges off. There is a $300 hold on card for incidentals. The self parking was not clear to us initially but we found a lot about a block over that charged $15 for 24 hrs (not the lot that says $3 for 1st hr). We could view our car from the hotel room. If you need a room that gets freezing cold this is not the hotel for you.

We celebrated our anniversary and was surprised in our room with macaroons and champagne. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurants or room service. The pool is only 3-4ft deep. The exercise room was very nice!

The hotel is only few months old and is definitely impressive. Good : Nice spacious room, great towels/linen, comfy bed, Amazing lounge bar and third floor bar.
Cons or Needs improvement - Valet is not very responsive to your valet requests via text, Bathroom shower had only luke warm water on the day of check out early in morning, Hot Water Kettle was not cleaned since it had water left over, Coffee machine can be cleaned better, food options are terribly lacking in restaurant, breakfast option is completely useless for the price you pay.
Total stay costed me around $1300 for 2 nights and you would expect top notch service for this price

Conrad never disappoints and this property is as great a place you will find in Nashville. It is 1 mile from Honky Tonk Highway and you can take the easy walk or costs about $7 to Lyft / Uber.

The service is the best in the business. Austin at the front desk was helpful throughout our memorable stay. The bell staff are also helpful, courteous and aim to please.

We had two breakfasts and a lunch at Blue Aster. The quality is amazing but the prices match. As Diamond members we had $50 per day credit but breakfast or lunch is about $75 with tip.

Rooms are spectacular and our corner room on the 12th floor offering a panoramic view of Nashville.

If you came to spend time on South Broadway here are some tips: Best Honky Tonk to Eat: FGL House. Most Fun: Kid Rock's Honky Tonk. Best Restaurant: Boqueria Fifth + Broadway (tasty tapas, fabulous service). Other notable: Luke's 32 Bridge, Jason Aldean's Bar + Kitchen, Whiskey River Saloon, Best advice - go to any of the bars and listen for a few minutes and then decide where to hang. The celebrity themed will have the highest prices (some $8/$9 for a bottle of Bud).

Whatever you're doing, staying at the Conrad will be a highlight of the trip.

Gorgeous brand new, immaculate hotel. Exceptional service. Incredibly warm, friendly, thorough and helpful staff all over the hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom amenities. There is thought put into every little detail in the room. Sparking bathroom with extensive amenities, French press for coffee, all electronic, advanced, but still user friendly room controls. Bathrobe, bathroom scale, and lovely shampoo and conditioner. Evening turn service. In the late afternoon a gentleman came to the room with ice cold bottled waters. There is nothing I can think of that the room did not provide. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels across the country and the service here was among the best. Highly recommend.

This is the way a hotel should be!
We were on the road on our motorcycle for six weeks, and after staying at budget hotels we wanted something a little bit more comfortable and luxurious. We enjoy our luxury hotels, but when you’re on the road for 60 days, that is not always affordable. So we stay at a nicer hotel maybe once every 3 to 4 weeks.
I very rarely give five stars to anything. In my opinion, it has to be perfect from check to check out. At this place was!
The pool was amazing, for an intercity hotel. it was maybe three lanes wide and Olympic lanes long. With great bar and food service around the pool.
Check-in was great, as a young lady named Grace recognized my voice from the phone and immediately addressed me by name. The manager, I believe her name is Marilyn, Was equally as attentive and everyone who answered the phones were very, very helpful and knowledgeable.
The beds were comfortable, pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was appointed nicely, and the bathrooms were very comfortable for a couple.
Both restaurants were very attentive, and the food was excellent! The food and beverage manager was very nice, although I do not remember her name, it may have been Mary Lou, extremely friendly, and her staff was very well trained in both the food that they served and customer service. The executive chef, Andrew, was very polite. He came out and spoke with me for a little bit and described a lot of his food background and the food that he makes. as far as I’m concerned, the food in the restaurant was stellar!
Edwin in the valet and bellhop was super intensive and super polite. And Mike, the concierge was extremely personable.
Now for the location, it is just a 25 minute drive to the Grandel, Opry, and a 15 minute walk down to Broadway where all the action is at night. It is a great location right off the interstate.
If you’re looking for a luxury hotel, this is a modern version of Waldorf Astoria, and blow away anything Marriott Has to offer!
