Detailed Reviews
The room was decorated in a clean modern style that my wife liked. All of the rooms I saw were very clean as well as were the hall ways and the check-in and reception areas. The location was well located to not only get to the airport but was not more than 10 to 20 minutes from most of the major attractions of the city. The staff was very efficient at getting the rooms clean in the morning and all of the staff was very friendly and courteous. I liked the fact that not only did it have a microwave in the room but it also has a small refrigerator that came in handy for left overs that we brought back from eating at some of the great restaurants we found around Nashville, like Urban Grub, which has a great seafood brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. It may not be the most fancy hotel I have stayed in but for the price this is a great place to stay.

The staff is great at this location and the bedrooms have been refurbished. They are just starting on the bathrooms so till that is done some are getting pretty worn. I have to be honest on this trip I had a shower that didn't drain well. Was up to my ankles by the time I got done showering. Personally I don't like that. If you stay here make sure to get an omelet in the morning. Mike was the chef the 2 days I was there and he did awesome.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn-Airport location on our first night in Nashville. It was handy in order for us to pick up a rental car the next day so we could collect our 5 adult kids and spouses from the airport to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary at a VRBO in Nashville.
We had dinner that night at the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant which was amazing! I had Grilled Salmon with roasted vegetables and rice pilaf, incredibly tasty. My husband had a mashed potato bowl with chicken that was really good too.
The staff was very kind and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too.

Wow, please if you read this do not stay at this hotel. Absolutely no management, no one takes responsibility for any issues , you can't get a room key because "system down " it has been a week with today's technology not acceptable no staff to attend to your room you have to go to front desk and ask for washcloths and towels front desk will tell you we are working on it dillingently but walked into managers office one person just relaxing . Not concerned at all about conditions of this hotel stay elsewhere we are changing hotels as we speak

I am absolutely embarrassed for Hilton properties! I always stay in Hilton brands and have had MANY stays. In a few locations we have been a little less than impressed but Hilton is almost always willing and helpful to make things the best. But NEVER anything like this location. Since it was a solo trip and I am a female, my priority was a safe location. Until yesterday I at least felt like that was a success. But no more. Altercation between the front desk clerk and a customer who was upset….was handled the way I would expect to see in a third world country. Atrocious. And all because the clerk had check someone else into this occupied room and they walked in on someone sleeping at 2am. On this site they list having a pool…..no pool anywhere near here. Gym is full of equipment that either doesn’t work or you have to pay to use, business center is a printer on the side of the check in desk (which also does not work), and the on-site restaurant, if you can even call it that is just absurd. Bar the same. As I diamond member of Hilton, we get free breakfast at all locations. This morning I was told I could choose between scrambled eggs or an omelet….that’s all they had left. And this was before the end of the breakfast time. So so sad! Definitely a never again for me!

First the good, Ladies at desk are helpful and friendly. The guy that brought out breakfast was as well because I only was given one pancake, I brought it to his attention and he took care of it no problem. Now to the “BAD” on check in day I call the hotel and asked if our room is ready at 3:15, they said no and ask me if I wanted another room, they gave me 322. We went to our concert, came in late and first thing Sunday morning “Slam, Slam, Slam” we was next to the linen closet. At check out I brought it to the front desk attention “STONE FACED ME” no apologies, just “I can take $20 off the room. Does he realize he’s in the “hospitality industry” not a bouncer at a bar? Customer service is not his strong suit. And to make sure you realize who I’m talking about, I checked out today 04/03/22 @noon. I won’t be back, but please keep anyone else from having to deal with this guy. -Diamond Guest-

Only given 1 room key at check in. When coming back to room after first evening out notices air conditioner was working so someone at desk attempted to fix 3 times then said we had to switch rooms (late at night). Moved to handicap accessible room. Bathroom locked from inside and air conditioner not working. Manager told us to find something to stick in door too unlock bathroom and we would have to deal with air conditioner! No one wearing uniforms so couldn’t identify who was staff member. Husband went down to use fitness center and there were no codes to turn on equipment. Leaks in ceiling and floor near elevators and lobby with towels laid over them. Pool was closed for “maintenance’. Awful upkeep of this hotel and staff for what could be a nice hotel! Have never had a bad experience at a Hilton and expected so much better!!!

I had the best stay here during a very tough time. My fathers health was in decline and I needed a place to call home and focus on his needs. So many positive words come to mind and heart to describe my 12 days here. Soyna director of guest relations housekeeping, bar tenders and other were so aware of my struggle and my needs. They always took time to ask how my day was and how my dad was progressing. Made me feel like family when I was so sad..cant tell you how much that might meant in some of those dim mornings. Im.do looking forward to staying here again upon my fathers release from his physical rehabilitation center.
Thank you all so much for making my stay there so meaningful and pleasant

The hotel had limited parking. Hilton website stated airport shuttle, but did not mention that long term parking was not allowed. So the shuttle was only beneficial if you had flown in and did not have a car. The asthetic of the hotel was modern and clean as expected.

The only complaint was the water pressure was cold and low in the morning. This would not keep me from staying here again. Everything else was great from the staff and the restaurant food. They also have a paid shuttle to take to Broadway.

I don’t think so. Hotels generally don’t let people park their cars at theIr facilities and then fly out of town. But you could call and ask.
We stayed in late July and everything was very nice and fresh. Don't know when it was renovated, but we had no complaints and the staff was fantastic!
We stayed there a month ago and it was great, room, service and cleanliness. Not sure when it was renovated but it looked and felt great.
I'm not 100%, but check the website. I recall there being information about the shuttle service they offer.
