We stay every year on campus in the dorms. You share a washroom with your neighbor. The rooms are small, clean, air conditioned (it is cold!), and beds are on the firm side.
I only sleep in the room so it is not bad.

I dunno about breakfast but the place is about 5 minutes walking distance to several of your standard issue American restaurants you'd find anywhere, like starbucks and chipotle and etc. If you want to know if the place itself serves food I think you should call or email them. When I was there the dining hall was not open, but I've heard people say they've eaten in there.
