So impressed. We were here as tourists and didn’t want a car. Very easy walk to Broadway, Ole Smoky, and quick Lyft to Biscuit Love. Even though Nashville felt very safe as a city, the hotel security was top notch. I appreciate needing a hotel key to enter side doors and access room levels on the elevator. The hospitality of the staff was on par with Disney! This new hotel was spotless, modern and comfortable. We arrived very early morning and were able to check in right away, which was amazing. The beautiful indoor/outdoor pool was heated and people were swimming even in 60 degree weather! I loved so many things like the shower toiletries on the shower wall, the spacious room, the many USB outlets all over the hotel and so much more. Saving the best for last, the complimentary breakfast and “Kick Back” happy hour was beyond expectation. The food was great, many options for dietary needs like sugar free syrup, etc and the happy hour is a light dinner buffet that changes nightly and includes 3 “adult” beverages per person, per evening. We enjoyed breakfast, hit Broadway during the day, napped and started off our evenings with the Kick Back. As frequent travelers, I will absolutely check for available Drury properties wherever we go now! Well done.

We have been staying at Drury hotels for the past 4 years and are never disappointed. Now during Covid we are even more please. Everything is spotless. The food is served behind glass and with gloves and masks. Tables were cleaned and socially distanced The entire staff we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable The room was so QUIET!!

Came to Nashville for a quick weekend trip. First time staying at Drury Nashville. They hotel is very clean modern and chic. Lobby and commons area are very relaxing and comforting. Plenty of seating to use while waiting for other guests. Like I said very comforting.
Our room was very nice we stayed on 18th floor. View looked toward Broadway. It was a quiet room didn’t hear much of anything and we were informed that hotel was full or near capacity. Bath room was very nice. Shower head was very nice water pressure was great plenty of room to move around and a bench to put toiletries. I didn’t even turn it on but TV was huge for a hotel standards. Our bed was very nice 6 pillows. Shades got it very dark in the room so perfect for sleeping. All in all room was comparable to other nice hotels in Nashville.
What I like the most about Drury was the team member or staff. Super polite at check in , very helpful. Explained about all the features and amenities of the hotel. Gym was very nice. We didn’t use it but pool was very nice and another guest said the hot tub was very nice and perfect temperature.
The complimentary breakfast and happy hours were great features that not many hotels in Nashville practice. Food was good in both instances.
So let’s get back to the staff Josh was one of many Assistant General Managers at the Drury and he really went out of his way to make our group feel welcome. He asked if there was anything he could do to make out stay better and was very kind to the 15 of us staying at the Drury.
Josh wasn’t the only one team member who was exceptionally nice the whole team was which leads me to believe Drury has a top down management style that focuses on customer service and brand loyalty. Good job Drury you made a huge impression on me and look forward to staying with you again.

We came to Nashville for the weekend, This was our first time staying at the Drury and no doubt that we will be back soon! It was close enough to walk to everything. Ezra helped us at check-in and he was super nice and helpful. He gave great advice about places to see and eat and definitely pointed us in the right direction for Awesome things in Nashville. Our stay was very nice, everything was clean and each person we encountered Working with Drury was so helpful and friendly, They all definitely made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was great each morning (especially the freshly cooked pancakes) and the snacks and drinks were an added bonus that we all enjoyed in the evenings! Thank you Drury and staff, we will be back soon!!!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, until the moment we drove away, our stay was amazing. Our room was huge. We did get a corner room assigned, did not reserve it, but were lucky enough to be assigned that room. I’m pretty sure the bathroom was as big as some hotel rooms. The front desk was very friendly when we checked in, and the entire process went very quickly. They have an amazing breakfast, with a super attentive, cheerful staff. And let’s face it, it must be hard to remain cheerful when the guests descend on the eating areas like locusts! In these days of shorthanded businesses, these employees were going above and beyond and there was no shortage of people to help you by any means. The food was replaced long before it ran out, People came around to collect your dishes in a super timely manner, and everyone was so friendly. In addition to the breakfast they have an evening reception which I think they refer to a snacks, but was more than enough for dinner for our entire group. Each night there was something different on the menu as the main course, but then they had standard things like hotdogs, nachos, and soup every evening. The main course was chicken pasta one night, barbecue the next, and on our last night meatballs. You’re allowed three drinks at the complementary bar, and there was not one, but two soda machines for the guests to use along with coffee and tea 24 hours a day. In addition, if you came before or after the happy hour there was a lovely bar with live music, and a nice pub menu with very reasonable prices. But the most amazing thing is they put all this on the eighth floor instead of stuffing it into the lobby like most hotels do. So therefore it was completely spacious, and you had amazing views while you were enjoying yourself. The room itself was very nicely decorated, and very clean. There was always an employee around should we have needed one: housekeeping staff was very friendly and always visible in the hallways, as I previously mentioned lots of employees available in the dining areas, front desk staff always greeted us when we walked back into the lobby, and the managers were very visible, and from what we could tell jumped into assist whenever things got busy no matter where we saw them working. They personally checked in with us every evening at the reception. The gym was by far the best I have seen in any hotel with quality equipment, and plenty of it. Pool looked great, but with temps in the 20’s I skipped it. Hot tub was huge. If I had one small complaint it would be that we were charged for parking, but that seems to be have become common place. That being said it was a very nice open and well lit parking area, and we were never more than two or three car lengths from the elevator. It was very easy in and out access. Felt very safe. You park yourself which illuminates a wait for your car to be retrieved, or having to additionally tip an employee on top of parking fees. A quick seven minute walk to all the Broadway fun, and lots of restaurants close by. I will never need another hotel in Nashville!

Hotel is located in downtown Nashville, very close to Nissan Stadium (if you’re planning on catching a Titans game). The facilities were clean and customer service was above average to good most of the time
One downside was “due to the pandemic” they were not servicing the rooms which meant you had to leave dirty towels and trash outside and ask for replenishment on towels sheets as needed. I don’t like staying at hotels when the rooms aren’t cleaned or re-stocked on a daily basis but I understand the situation with COVID—just thought it was odd that mask policies or distancing were not enforced but housekeeping services were still suspended.
Also the front door is kept locked 24/7 and you have to use your key card or buzz the front desk. Some of the area around the hotel is a bit sketch so this may be the reason.
There’s a really good bbq place that’s across the street from the hotel (Martin’s ) that I would highly recommend. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast AND dinner. The breakfast was above average and I wasn’t able to check out the dinner but I thought that was a nice “perk”.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Drury. I didn’t give it 5 stars because nothing about it blew me away or was extraordinary (ie. Like service or facilities or amenities) but it’s a solid choice for a first time visit to Nashville. Happy travels.

Couldn't fault this hotel in anyway, it's about 5 minutes away from Honky Tonk row so you are central to everything you need and yet just far enough away. It's really lovely inside, the rooms are very big and immaculate and the beds and pillows are honestly the most comfortable I think I've ever slept in, we didn't want to leave the pillows! Every member of staff we met were so friendly and just lovely! The kick back was amazing. Really loved this hotel and was sad to leave it and Nashville, it was reasonably priced and whilst you do have to pay extra for the parking, it is really secure as you need your room key card to come in and out.

Never having stayed at a Drury hotel before, I read the reviews before booking. I am glad I listened! I would book this location again in a heartbeat. It's a very easy walk to Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum and many other tourist areas. The happy hour each night was a great way to have a few cocktails and a light meal before heading downtown to catch the nightlife. The full breakfast was good as well. Those features alone will save you a few hundred dollars during your stay. We requested a king room on an upper floor and were lucky enough to get a very spacious corner room on the 21st floor, well worth the extra money. The bathroom was huge! The staff was very friendly. Shout out to Kacey, a server at the bar on the eighth floor. She did a great job. We will definitely be back. If there was one (small) negative, there is quite a bit of fire truck/ambulance traffic as there must be a station nearby but being on an upper floor muted that noise quite a bit. I would not let that deter you from staying there though.

We stayed 2 nights at the Drury Plaza. The location is excellent, and the security is exceptional…in a good way. Nobody gets in without a key card, or being buzzed in. There are a lot of homeless people in Downtown Nashville which I didn’t expect. They have self parking for a nightly fee. Like their way of doing the parking because there are no valets involved. The common areas are very nice. The room was okay, but smaller than I would have thought, though everything was very clean. On the morning of day 2 we stopped by the front desk to make sure our room was cleaned, fresh towels, etc. We were told that someone should have asked at check-in if we wanted maid service….we were not asked. Since the maids schedules were set, we would not get our room cleaned. When I got upset they agreed to replace the towels….mighty nice of them. We have found that some hotels are pulling this….using COVID as an excuse. With the prices we are paying for hotels, this is unacceptable. I feel that Drury charges more for some of their hotels because they have the evening social and food. We do not participate in that, and I don’t want to pay for it. Probably will not use Drury again if there are comparable hotels available.
