We hosted a dinner for clients at the Holiday Inn and I stayed at the hotel. Our dinner was in the Peabody Room. The event staff was amazing and our food was absolutely delicious! The space was well laid out and the communication was great! I would 100% recommend using the Holiday Inn for your events. The hotel was also great for my stay. The staff was accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was great and the elevator was fast.

Hubby and I took a 4 day trip to Nashville because I'd never been and it was my birthday. Got a great deal on this hotel so we booked it. The location is 2 blocks from Broadway and within walking distance of at least 3 breweries (we love our breweries) Upo check in, we were greeted so warmly by Gavin. He was funny, helpful, constant smile on his face....great start to our stay! The room was normal size and did the job. During our last stay at a Holiday Inn (Athens, Ga) we couldn't get our room cleaned, we'd be gone for hours and come back and the room was the way we left it. At this Holiday Inn, the first day it was made up after we left, but every day after that....Not. That drives me crazy. Even with that we'd stay here again, love the location, Martin's BBQ right across the street was so good, we ate there twice.

We stayed at this property on a two day layover on our way to Florida. The location is very close to all of the fun activity on Broadway and several top attractions. All of the front desk people were very helpful and accommodated all of our numerous requests even holding our luggage after an extended checkout request as well.

very average stay, staff were inconsistent some been friendly and others not, for instance during our whole stay no staff asked how we were or if we were enjoying our stay, breakfast is largely unhealthy processed stuff, the price for a room is extortionate, and the rooms can be noisy and have very basic features and need some updating, for instance our bathroom had faulty tap on bath. the hotel was clean though and the location is great to explore the city by foot, taking 10 minutes to hit Broadway at a very leisurely stroll. The pool area was nice but didn't open automatically as it said it does after 9am,so had to keep walking back to get a staff member to open the door, the pool is not heated but was refreshing from the heat we had

They do not have housekeeping while you are there. They should be leaving mini kits of cleaner, trash bags, etc. as you have to take care of your own room. Be prepared to call down for shampoo, toilet paper, towles, etc. daily. No food in the restaurant except breakfast and lunch starting on Wednesdays. Ceiling in our room like like it had leaks all over it and is a mottled yellow. I totally understand the covid reason for cleaning the rooms, but other hotels have that service. The housekeeper cleans the rooms when you check out so not sure I see much of a difference. No one is wearing a mask, so not sure the real reason is covid concern. The overall decor of the hotel is good, they just need to address some issues here. Location is great however and our view was nice.

Stayed here 2 nights. Very nice, newer hotel. Great/safe location just 3 blocks to Broadway and walkable to many restaurants - Martin’s BBQ right across street.
Was able to checkIn early (noon) which was great. I did make that request in my reservation. Had room 811. Nice size room, bathroom and decor. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room was very clean. The only recommendation I’d make is to install some hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels.
There is no daily housekeeping. But that didn’t bother us. We just called or stopped by the front desk when we needed more towels or cups, etc.
Valet parking is $40 a day. But very convenient
Would recommend and stay here again

Hotel looked really nice on arrival. Lobby and rooms were well decorated. Room did feel a little bit damp but not enough that I complained but if I was staying longer then I would have said something. Bathrooms were really nice.
Pool area was really small but nice enough to let the kids swim without having to get in and towels were provided.
Gym/fitness room had every thing that you would need to do a work out including comp earphones which is a nice touch.
Breakfast wasn't the best and was held in a meeting type room. Ate there twice and second day had the omelettes that prepared while you wait which was better than anything from the buffet.
Parking was extortionate at $45 for overnight.

FYI, the hotel bar in the lobby is in the middle of being renovated, but the rest of the hotel is clean and very nice. It is a beautiful hotel for the money, with it being about 1/2 the price of the going rate for a room that sleeps 5 in the epicenter of Nashville. We were about 1 block away from the “action.” Everything was walkable. We would definitely stay there again. Only bad thing is that valet (which had in-and-out privileges) was $52/day, or you can self-park for $48. A little steep in my opinion, but we are from out of town, so maybe that’s the going rate. Also, if you are in a double queen room with a sleeper sofa, the sofa is weird. It pulls out from underneath, kind of like a tumble bed, and then you push it up against the couch to make it a “bed.” The “bed” was so hard that no one could hardly sleep on it. I would highly suggest bringing a mattress pad or something if that is your intent. Little kids or very thin people would probably sleep on it best.

As a IHG Platinum Elite member, I don't think I was been taken good care of. The breakfast, which you have to pay but need a long time to wait. If you want to change towels, you need talk to housekeepers who can only speak Spanish. The room and facility is perfect, the location is very good and convenience. There is a great BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel. But I would suggest to buy some water and snack before you check in.

The location was ideal. Close enough to easily walk to anywhere downtown, but not surrounded by busy streets, so it was still easily accessible for ride shares. The room was good-sized and clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only drawbacks were a very expensive on-site breakfast, and needing an engineering degree to figure out how to work the light switches. It took 3 days to figure out which switches needed to be turned to which position so the lights could be off for sleeping, but power could be on for charging phones. It should not be that difficult. Why is the switch by the door turning off all power to the entire room? Also, there were no towel racks in the bathroom, and we had to ask housekeeping 3 times for more toilet paper before getting any. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We figured out solutions to our issues, and were happy and comfortable for our week-long stay.

Yes, it's within walking distance of Broadway which is where all the action is. They offer self parking across the street from the hotel or valet. Valet doesn't cost much more than self parking honestly. You do have to pay extra for a city view room. Have fun!
