Excellent stay!!!! We come to Nashville a lot and we always have stayed at Gaylord Opryland. Well this trip happened to be during CMA fest and I was not going to pay $600+ to stay there overnight. So I researched and decided on this one. I can not find a bad thing to say about it. From check in to check out the staff was top notch. I did have a slight problem with reservations due to my mistake and I called the day prior to arriving and spoke with Jamie who handled it for me very promptly & professionally! She will forever be my hero in the hotel hospitality world!!! The rooms were spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfy and I loved that the room had a microwave, refrigerator & Keurig! The hotel as a whole was very well maintained. The location was great. It was walking distance to Caney Fork restaurant where we ate and also to the several other attractions nearby. We went to the Opry show later that evening and after it was over we brought the car back to the hotel and was able to walk to Scoreboard Bar & Grill for drinks and a meet & greet with Sean Dietrich who performed at the Opry that night. It was a super fun quick trip!! We will definitely be back to stay again!!

+1
We were in town for a ship reunion and this hotel was perfect for our stay. It was convenient to the Opry (highly recommend the backstage tour; see review under Opry) and only about 15 min to any other spots we wanted to go. It was convenient for Highway access but just far enough away to avoid all the noise that comes with the highway.
We found our room to be clean and there was cleaning service daily (a first for our travels since pre-COVID). Breakfast included hot options and a very nice variety daily-from cereal and pre-packaged danishes, to eggs (varies), sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits, to warm cinnamon rolls and yogurt. We didn’t use the pool, but there was one available. Staff was friendly; overall a great stay.

We stayed for a long weekend. Entire hotel was spotlessly clean from the lobby to our hotel room. Hot breakfast is being served again. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. A/C kept room nice and cold. This hotel was convenient to lots of attractions. We did not have a car here. Ride share to hotel was about a 10-15 minute drive from airport. It is within walking distance of Grand Ole Opry and Gaylord Opryland Resort. There is a shuttle from hotel that goes downtown to Broadway. $10 round trip or $15 for unlimited round trips per day. We did the unlimited pass and went to Broadway early in the day and then did a pool break and went back after dinner. It leaves hotels at the top of the hour and leaves Broadway at the bottom of the hour. About a 20-25 minute ride, but after 7-8 pm the ride back can take 45 minutes because they stop at a whole bunch more hotels, and Holiday Inn and Wyndham vacation club were the last two stops. Runs later on weekends. It’s a nice option if you want to have drinks on Broadway and not worry about driving. There are several restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. An outdoor pool would have been nice, but we had family members staying at the Wyndham so we hung out at their outdoor pool. We will visit Nashville again and would definitely consider staying here again. I would just pick a cooler time to visit, maybe October when it’s not so hot and humid.

3 night stay in March 22. This is a great hotel. The room was large, clean & comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff were really helpful and professional. Grand Ole Opry is close by and the shuttle bus service ($10 pp for a return trip and $15pp for a flexible one) was really practical as downtown Nashville parking can be very expensive. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

I called in advance as a courtesy and let the front desk know that I would be checking in late. It truly seemed as if they could care less, I questioned why I called after disconnecting.
We (my daughter and I) are staying here (I’m writing this from the hotel) as a half way point coming home from Alabama. After driving 8 hours, we were placed right next to an elevator. That’s not exactly the restful nights sleep I was hoping for. The front desk attendant was kind enough to relocate us. I came down and switched keys.
We’ve been checked in for about a half hour now. Our new room #107 has no conditioner, my daughter found this out the hard way. I had heard an awful humming noise. Thinking it was the exhaust fan, I asked her to please turn it off. She was unable to as it’s your mini refrigerator making a vibrating humming noise.
All I wanted was a good nights sleep. Between the elevator placement and now the background musical humming noise of the mini fridge it’s not looking promising. The hotel got such high reviews online. Parking is plentiful; however, I’m highly disappointed in this stay. It’s not the restful stop I had planned for.

This Holiday Inn Express was very close to Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry. We were also 15 miles from downtown Nashville so we loved the location. The rooms were nice, the pool was a bonus, and the staff are super friendly. Callie, Shantel, and Maria treated us like family during our stay.

If you are not going to stay downtown by Broadway street then I would recommend staying here. 4 minute drive to Grand Old Oprey. Also out by other things such as The Andrew Jackson Hermitage. They do have a shuttle to Broadway Street that is $10 per person each way. They do NOT have any others shuttles such as to Grand Ole Oprey which is not udeal for their location to it and the main reason to stay at this hotel.

Initially very pleased as this is was a very clean room and the beds slept outstanding, but it was the details that brought it down. The water pressure was very low although the water was hot. The room was SPARSE to say the least. It was a large room but no furniture except a bed and a desk chair and one other desk chair against the wall where a couch and end table should have been. Nothing else. I was expecting something. It was as if the couch and other furniture were on order. Also the window shade had to be draped over the windowsill on top to stay up. It was either broken or weird or I don't know but it was borderline unacceptable. Good thing I am tall I I would never have reached it. The breakfast was a hot one but no gravy and the basic stuff. The hotel was clean and all but we probably will not be staying again. If these things are not important to you, go for it. They are to us. Thanks!

Only con was last time my wife and I were there they had a airport shuttle. Uber worked just fine with the exception it was two different prices going and returning to airport?

Overall this was a decent stay and if we wanted to be near Opryland, we would definitely stay here. Breakfast included hot options and a very nice variety daily-from cereal and pre-packaged danish rolls, to eggs (varies), sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits, to warm cinnamon rolls and yogurt. The room was reasonably clean and staff friendly. The bed was comfortable.
My only complaint was that the bars across the street played music so loud that I could hear the music well after midnight, even though I tried to run the room fan to drown it out. So if you don't want to hear their music or are a light sleeper, I recommend trying to get a room on the back side of the hotel. The hotel is familiar with the problem and has asked the bar to lower their volume level, but apparently they have not been successful in getting them to control the volume.

No, the hotel does not have a shuttle, but they subscribe to a shuttle service that takes you downtown and back on a regular schedule. You just let the front desk know when you want to go and they pick you up at the hotel.
If you can walk 0.5-1.0 mile you can walk to the Gaylord, mall, and Grand Ole Opry. It is really close.
