One of the most pleasant and courteous staffs I have ever encountered. The amenities in the room were good. Breakfast was overpriced. There were some renovations ongoing but the main impact was on dining.

This Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located near Vanderbilt University. There are many bars, restaurants, etc., within easy walking distance, and the area seems safe to walk around in, even after dark. The hotel is doing renovations. The rooms look great, nice updates. Great and friendly staff. The only negative is that there are sirens at times during the night which can wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

The location of the hotel is great and the room is ok, but it's the little things that make the difference. Room I selected was not available which happens, but I asked to not be put by elevator and was told I was not....my room was first door by elevator which is extremely loud. Iron did not work at all....

Would have given the overall score a 5, but their food service is very limited because of construction at this time. Room was recently remodeled so very nice and roomy. Front desk staff was very helpful. Free shuttle within a 3-mile radius was great. Quick ride to the heart of town, restaurants and entertainment. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival everyone was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze on the Hilton app. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver was wonderful and very safe! Breakfast - just skip it. Not worth the cost.
