Guests have called out the Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown for its stylish decor and live music, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere that many enjoy. The central location is often praised, allowing easy exploration of local attractions without the hassle of noise. While the rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, some travelers suggest the layout and lighting could be improved.
The staff earns rave reviews for their friendly and efficient service, although there are occasional mentions of inconsistency. However, high valet parking fees have led to some concerns regarding the hotel's overall value.

The outstanding customer service begins when you pull in, the parking attendants greet and welcome you to Cambria. These folks bust it and always have our car ready and deliver the best customer service. Thank you Ramon, Eli, and Isaiah. I will continue to valet vs. trying to park in the lot across the street.
Then you get to 5th floor front desk check in and the staff is always operating at a high level to make sure we get checked in/settled in. It is a real team effort and Elliot, Destiny, Denise and Asia shine bright. They also provide text followup on any request that you may have or just to make sure you have all that you need during your stay.
Our refrigerator in our room was not working and we notified them and they had Bob to come up and fix it while were out checking out downtown. The promptness was appreciated but what puts this over the top is the little extra touch… Bob left a nice handwritten note in the room on why the fridge was not working, fixed it, thanked us for staying and left a decadent locally made piece of candy.
This is no fluke, we have been staying at Cambria Nashville for several stays now. Consistency is KING. Cambria is our home base when in Nashville. You cannot beat the location.. next door to Bridgestone Arena, eateries/shopping at 5th & Broadway across the way, Country Music HOF and Music City Center behind the arena, and all the fun of Broadway, The Ryman, and 2nd Ave. in easy walking distance.

We wanted a hotel near the Honky Tonk area and the Cambria was perfect. There is a valet (but there are also street lots immediately across the street - check for overnight rates) and garage that are available during your stay.
It was during Nashville's COVID19 curfew so dining options at night were limited. Kevin, bar manager, was an amazing help, giving us a list of nearby places that might suit us. We tried 3 on his list, even eating at one of the places 2x so he was spot on
Our room was #1115, king bed that faced the windows. I loved looking from the bed to the skyline. The room was extremely clean, save for what appeared to be a makeup stain on the shower curtain which i reported upon check out.
There was amble USB and outlets which is always nice. There is a fridge in the room and a communal microwave by check in. The pool was only open on weekends, with reservations and the fitness center was closed.
The elevators are key card access which adds to the safety.
Drinks in the hotel bar were great (Thanks Kevin!). It is about .3 miles to the Honky Tonk area so completely walkable though it is uphill on the way back.
Honestly, fantastic locations and friendly staff.

This place is adjacent to all of the action in Nashville. Just at the top of the hill, it is a 2 minute walk(no exageration) to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. The set up in the room we had was a bit unorthodoxed as hotel rooms go, but it was nice. The bed sets in the middle of the room facing the window and the TV is mounted to the wall and seings twoard the bed for a better viewing angle. A bigger than average fridge for hotel rooms, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and I don't know where they buy theior pillows but i would like to have a couple of them for my house. The staff at the front desk was great!! They helpful and polite anytime you needed anything or had a question. My only complaint was a couple of times we wanted to retrieve our vehicle from the valet and he was no where to be found. When we first arrived we waited at least 10 minutes for him to show up and he finally appeared from the first floor restaurant. The other times we called Lyft and they showed before there was any sign of the valet attendant. You will have to valet your vehicle here and it is 39.00 a night but the vehicle is indoors. You maybe able to park across the street for a couple dollars cheaper but when we were there everything was snow covered and unplowed but for a couple dollars more having the vehicle inside was worth it. they have a great resaurant on site and they offer nightly entertainment as well, and it is pretty darn good. The bathroom is super nice, you hate to get out of the shower!! If your going to music city this is great place to stay and start exploring from!! I highly recommend it!!

Good location, not too far to walk to Broadway. Restaurant attached is good, we have eaten there several times. Decor of hotel nice. Valet parking $39 daily and efficient. Front desk staff very friendly. Large bar area and stage for entertainment. Bar staff friendly as well. King rooms have plenty of room. I do not care for the trend of barn doors on bathrooms which they have here. I feel like they lack giving a person privacy. Only main complaint was both nights we had to request more wash clothes and hand towels. We were giving only one each. We ran out of tissues the first night and they didn't refill those for the second night. Other than that, we would consider staying here again! Room was cleaned well.

Room very clean, beautiful decor. For a four 1/2 star hotel and $270 US/ per night plus $40 per day for valet parking there were a few things amiss. Barn door to bathroom would not close completely which impinged on privacy. I have seen this same issue with other reviews. Upon first shower, soap dispenser was empty. Needless to say this was not checked when room was last cleaned. Room was supposed to be equipped with refrigerator however when we went to use it third day into our stay it was not there. Hotel did offer to bring a fridge up to room but because we were leaving next morning we declined the interruption. Again made one think the room was not checked prior to check in. This hotel has a bar/ lounge however no restaurant . Bar food available however food is ordered from restaurant on Level 1 (which is not owned by hotel) and brought up to bar. Menu is extremely limited. The lounge was empty each evening aside from a few other guests seated at the bar. Bartender Lance was exceptional, very friendly, efficient and informative. Learned this 2 year old hotel has recently changed ownership which makes one wonder how it is doing financially. Upon check out , front desk person did not ask us about our stay nor thank us for staying. Just an added touch that speaks volumes about the hotel and their employees. Best interactions were with the valet employees , they were a great bunch.
Walkability to Broadway St , Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame excellent .

Our stay at the Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown was nothing short of perfect! We were celebrating my husband's birthday, so I reached out to hotel management via email to see if I could set up something special for him upon arrival. The Director of Room Operations Kevin personally called me on the phone and helped me set up a great welcome surprise with a bottle of champagne, local chocolates and a personalized card for my husband. He also took the time to give some amazing recommendations for dining and things to do in the area.
Our room was amazing! We had a corner room on the 18th floor, it was huge and there were so many big windows with lots of natural light and great views. We had a good sized mini fridge, a small sofa, and a place to store our luggage. We were also able to connect streaming services to the tv in the room, which was a big plus. I do wish we had more towels available in the room, but we just had to ask and more were brought up right away. The bed itself was very comfortable, but I do wish there was more bedding as we just had a flat sheet and a thin knit blanket. I personally prefer a fluffy comforter/duvet or a blanket with more weight, but I notice many hotels are forgoing the heavier duvets in lieu of this setup. The shower was big and comfortable, but the water pressure was a bit low for my liking. We had zero issue with noise or disruptions from loud guests in the hotel, the room and hotel was quiet and peaceful for our entire stay.
This hotel is in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the heart of Broadway, and very close to The Gulch. We walked everywhere! (Biscuit Love and Bourbon Steak were two of our favorites) The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, they texted a couple times a day to make sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any requests. The bar at the hotel had great drinks and food, and Deb was very friendly and made a great cocktail. They have live music in the evenings, and the rooftop pool was great!
I would not hesitate to stay at the Cambria Hotel Downtown Nashville, and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights while attending the US National Figure skating championships. The hotel was everything it advertised, Our room was large and well appointed. The walk-in shower was a real treat. I only wish I could have brought it home with me. Housekeeping was scheduled for every other day, but although we made our own beds, by choice, when we returned to the room each night, the bathroom had been cleaned, there were fresh towels and our beds were pulled tight.
I would like to commend the hotel staff for averting what could have been a difficult situation for my daughter and me. We were about to get into the elevator one night close to 11PM when a staff member approached us and asked to wait before getting on because another staffer was about to escort a very inebriated man to his room and they did not want us to get on the elevator with him. We were both very impressed at the consideration shown for our safety and the care shown to the man as well by seeing him safely to his room. Exceptional service and certainly above and beyond what was required

Celebrated my 40th bday in Nashville and stayed at the Cambria Hotel! The location was actually really convenient because it was kind of right in between the Gulch area and the strip! The hotel was clean, has a great little pool patio area where you can relax and have a delicious drink from the bar. The staff was really friendly and helpful when asked a question. I really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure. The only complaint is I do think it’s a little pricey especially with the construction that was going on. All in all though a great stay.

I stayed at the Cambria for two nights for a conference next door at the Music City Center. The hotel is infused with a sense of place--from the moment you exit the elevator (the only way to access the fifth floor lobby), you know you are in Nashville. The service was very friendly and there is a 24 hour food and beverage concession next to the front desk, very convenient for late night water bottles! There is a first floor (street level) restaurant with live music, as well as a fifth floor bar and lounge with more live music and outdoor patio.
The rooms are decently sized with comfortable beds and pillows. While housekeeping was only offered on demand, the hotel sent me periodic texts to make sure I had everything I needed which was appreciated. The room was immaculately cleaned and thoroughly stocked with towels so I did not need anything.
The hotel is conveniently located to the convention center, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Assembly Food Hall, and Broadway.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and it was rated a 4star hotel. Definitely nice & everyone was super nice. Everyone we encountered that were staff were wearing masks not so much the guests even though there is plenty of signs through out the hotel showing to wear them. Valet was great! The retrieved my car very quickly plus open all the doors & even helped me load my child stroller. Terrance at the front desk was AMAZING! Definitely needs a raise! I called & asked for some extra towels & within minutes they were being delivered! The batteries died in the tv remote and as well within minutes there was a tech at my door fixing the problem. We had breakfast at the restaurant located on the first floor and it was delicious. Reasonably priced. The location was perfect due to you could walk everywhere in the downtown scene within just minutes. The only issue that we had was there is A LOT of construction going on right beside the hotel due to a convention center/hotel is being built. Made it hard when leaving/entering the hotel because of the traffic. But overall if you are looking for a nice hotel experience within downtown I would definitely choose here!

We didn't hear anything about this service while we were there. I would message the concierge about it. They were very helpful with all of our questions.
Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Yes they offered bag check service to us but our room was also ready before 3pm anyway.
I think it’s just guests - but you can use the bar and outside area
I think it was sunrise to sunset.
