Noelle Hotel is celebrated for its stylish interiors and cleanliness, despite some guests finding the rooms on the smaller side. The hotel's atmosphere, infused with local art and unique decor, receives consistent praise, as does its prime location near Broadway and nightlife.
While the service is generally lauded for attentiveness and the amenities like the rooftop bar are appreciated, visitors have noted issues with bar service speed and maintenance. The quiet rooms are a highlight, though some guests feel that additional fees affect the overall value.

Detailed Reviews
Hotel's Favourite
I very rarely write reviews, but Noelle is the best hotel I've ever stayed at over a span of many years of extensive travel. Staff always makes the first impression at any hotel and Noelle is noteworthy in a number of ways in this regard. Beginning with the valet, staff was ready and waiting when we checked in and each time we left and returned. Next, we were escorted into the lobby and to the front desk where a young lady named Allison was working. Allison was friendly, professional, welcoming, and expedient. After the quick check-in, we were offered champagne which was the beginning of a relaxing first night. The hotel aesthetics are exceptional and very unique. A standout is the incredible hidden bar. Again, the staff is top-notch. Brian is perhaps the best bartender in any bar anywhere. I needed a relaxing, pick-me up and Brian's espresso martini is amazing! Our bags were waiting in our room which was beyond impressive. There is every convenience a room could have, including blackout shades and bedside controls for literally everything. However, the bed is unquestionably the star. It is beyond comfortable and provided the best night's sleep in recent memory.
To say I highly recommend the Noelle is an understatement. It is truly Nashville's finest!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel from the 11th-13th February 2020 in Room 904.
The hotel has a restaurant and the food is good and not too expensive, a coffee shop, Conference Room, rooftop bar and a gym. The hotel is 2 blocks from Nashville’s Broadway.
The room was very nice and compact with a large flat screen TV with shelving underneath. There was a wardrobe and drawers which housed the safe, a side table by the bed with a radio charging station. A large mirror. The bed was a lovely size with overhead lights. There were plenty of sockets, a telephone, free WIFI. The room also had an ice bucket, steamer and complimentary water in a bottle that was yours to keep.
In the lobby there was ice and hot water.
The bathroom had a large mirror, vanity mirror, toiletries, white towelling including flannels, tissues and hairdryer. There was a large walk-in shower.
The air on and heating was very efficient.
The reception area was nice with friendly and helpful staff and a small shop.
If we returned to Nashville, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We will be staying here in July for our 25th wedding , so we decided to stay here on a quick stay just to check in our. I am soooooo excited to be coming back. They have these fantastic little filtered water stations near the elevators and they provide bottles for you to fill. The room is completely automatic as far as lights, window blinds, and such. The air is easy to control and the room actually stays cold at night!! The king sized bed was fantastically comfortable. We didn’t take advantage, but the have a free coffee/tea service that they will deliver to your room until 9 a.m. As far as the hotel itself, they have a cute hidden bar and the food in the restaurants is great, but more importantly, every person we’ve encountered, from bellmen, to servers, to front desk staff has been ridiculously friendly. We have had a great time and I can’t wait to come back in July!!

It is very noisy all night no matter how high the floor, and the sound machine does not drown out the noise. The rooftop bar is small and rundown. Go to the one at a different boutique hotel near the Noelle. The room was very small and has an armoire for hanging clothes. The bar is perpendicular as you face it, and I had difficulty seeing and reaching my clothes. My husband's clothes were behind mine, so he had to try to see what he had back there. There is not a coffee machine in the room - one in the hall to serve all. I take my own for hot water for my tea, which I drink the minute I wake up. I was not impacted by this - just a heads up. The desk was a small oval piece with no nearby electrical outlets. I always have my own power cord, so I got along. Out friends next door had a bit larger desk than ours with electrical outlets, so this depends on which room you are in. We did not like the breakfast. The sausage patties are made with chicken, and sourdough bread is used for the toast. This makes no sense whatsoever. I love historic buildings and adaptive reuse. The lobby is beautiful, and historic preservation efforts are appreciated. Well done! The location is great for going to the bars; however, there is the unavoidable noise issue at night that accompanies this. There is not a small store with sundries and snacks and beverages in the hotel. I preferred the nearby boutique hotel with a large and very cool rooftop bar (with shade) where we stayed last time we were in Nashville.

My wife and I stayed five nights at the Noelle and we enjoyed every moment of it. It is a truly historical building that has be transformed into a modern hotel without losing the art-deco and historical details of the facility. We especially enjoyed having the fresh water dispenser, along with bags of ice on each floor. We usually enjoy making coffee in the room, but the guests are given free delicious coffee every morning at the Drug Store Coffee shop in the Lobby. Housekeeping is by request, but we had prompt and professional service whenever we requested it. The bedding and linen was cool and comfortable. The electric shades and sheers block out light and noise. It seems they have thought of everything. There isn't a main restaurant at the hotel, but that's not a problem because there are dozens of excellent restaurants within a couple of blocks of hotel. We loved our stay.

First trip to Nashville and debated over which hotel to choose from among the Marriott properties. Considered this one, the JW Marriott and the AC Hotel but chose the Noelle based on location and uniqueness. Upon arriving, the lobby smelled amazing and you can purchase the signature scent as candles or even body oil in the cute gift shop. I had two different room types reserved over my 4 days but at check-in she was able to put me in the same room type for all nights and I was upgraded to the double king studio suite. She also blocked the room next door for my friend who was checking in the next day and they were able to get her into her room when she arrived at 9:30am which was awesome! The studio suite gave us tons of room to hang out and worked out perfectly, so grateful for the upgrade! The room was an ADA accessible one so the bathroom was quite large, not sure if all the studio suites are like that. There was a mini bar and some slippers and one robe in the room. Because of Covid some things were different, no coffee service up to the room so you had to go to the lobby and there were no glasses in the room so we had to get some from the bar to have drinks in our room but they were more than happy to oblige. I think the hydration station was one of my favorite things, it was so convenient to get bubbly or still water whenever you needed it without having to go buy bottled water. Cool tech in the room with all the shades and lights being on control pads at the door and by the beds. Location wise the hotel was perfect, we walked by the JW Marriott and I was so glad we chose the Noelle because there was so much more in the way of restaurants around us as well as Printers Alley directly behind the hotel. We were able to walk to some great places for breakfast and dinner, Broadway is easily walkable but downhill on the way there so uphill on the way back… plan accordingly with your drinks! :) Noise wise my room was on the front of the hotel and faced Fourth Avenue so there definitely was some noise, the windows are not soundproof. During the night though it really wasn’t a nuisance, I used my white noise app and had no trouble sleeping. In fact the beds are so comfortable and the blackout shades are so great that I overslept every morning. The history and character of the hotel are also wonderful, it’s a beautiful building! Overall it was an awesome stay and I’d definitely recommend The Noelle if you plan on going to Nashville.

Dear paulaguillen, Thank you for sharing your experience at Noelle! I am glad we were able to get you a upgrade and have your friends blocked into a room near yours. Some of our services are abbreviated because of Covid; however, I am glad that you found the amendments of these services to not change your experience at the hotel. Thank you for pointing out our fantastic location, food and beverage options, well appointed rooms and service team. Thank you for your future recommendations of Noelle, and we cannot wait to have you back the next time you visit Nashville. Take care and all my best!

A beautifully restored hotel. An Elegant reminder of the golden age. Ben, at the front desk had a warm welcoming demeanor. He was very accommodating in his recommendations and in sharing the history of the hotel. Traci, whom we encountered later, was very approachable as a member of the hotel’s PR Team. The room was spacious and the high tech controls for lowering the window sheets or black out screen was impressive.
The location was fantastic, as it backed up to “printers alley”.
We heard, briefly, some outside noise, so consideration of a high floor or away from the street maybe be helpful, but it wasn’t an issue for us. On each hotel floor there was a hydration station that dispensed sparkling, regular filtered and hot water! There was an ice drawer with individual zip lock bags of ice. In lieu of a coffee maker in the room, complimentary coffee was available in the lobby cafe. The breakfast of Avocado toast & breakfast burrito was excellent, as was the cappuccino. The barista added the “latte art” as a special touch. I would definitely wish to revisit. The rooftop bar will be a fabulous venue when open

My husband and I just spent a week at the Noelle in Nashville. Everything was perfect from our check in to check out!
Our room was spacious and spotless, the front desk accommodated requests for extra hangers and blankets, and it was so peaceful and quiet at night - we slept great.
The Noelle was a perfect location for us - we were able to walk to our show at the Ryman, all the attractions, restaurants and museums we wanted to visit, and only took a cab once - to the Grand Ole Opry.
We had 2 good breakfasts in the Makeready, great drinks at Rare Bird, and we especially enjoyed Joel at the Trade Room Bar. He was extremely professional and friendly, even offering us restaurant recommendations for my husband's birthday celebration.
Don't change a thing!

Beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, friendly staff, close to Ryman Hall, Printer’s Alley and Broadway. We requested a king room on a high floor, and were upgraded to a king suite on the 12th floor. Loved the floor to ceiling window with a view of the bridge. There was an electronic shade and sheers for privacy and sleeping.
The Room and bathroom were sleek, well thought out and comfortable. We could catch a few sounds from Printer’s Alley which is directly below, but it did not interfere with our sleep. Overall the room was very quiet. Loved the water station on each floor where you could fill your hotel supplied bottle with cold water, sparkling water or hot water. There is not a coffee maker in the room, but the Drug Store in the lobby offers guests a cup of strong complimentary coffee each morning. The hotel certainly makes every effort to make you feel special. They gifted us a bottle of champagne with a hand written note to celebrate our anniversary. Stay at the Noelle for a special experience. Will definitely return on our next trip to Nashville.

Wanna feel like a genie in a lamp housed in a cave full of treasure? Stay here at hotel Noelle. Everything about this property is perfect. I was ready to give this review five stars after walking into the lobby, checking out the bar, walking a couple blocks down to Broadway, working out at the gym, everything here was perfect. When you get to your room I hope you are either by yourself or with the one other person or you are comfortable in a typical New York City or Paris style closet. These rooms are comically small in every aspect. The shower feels like you are bathing in the corner of a French elevator, the bedroom feels like you could expand your wingspan and touch both walls.
For the price of this hotel, the beauty of the property, the location of the area, whoever designed these rooms for Marriott needs to be immediately fired, they missed out on having one of the best hotels in the south.

Hello,
We normally do not take reservations; however, if you are a hotel guest, we can make exceptions. Please call the hotel and ask for Gina Ciccotelli and she can help coordinate for a party of this size.

Ben
