The Hutton Hotel garners acclaim for its spotless accommodations and the welcoming, vibrant atmosphere accentuated by live music, as noted by numerous guests. Despite the commendable service, some travelers have encountered inconsistencies, particularly with lost items and check-in procedures. Situated conveniently for those looking to explore downtown and Broadway, the hotel offers a tranquil haven that many appreciate. However, critiques have surfaced regarding the style of the rooms, incidental fees, and the absence of in-room coffee, leading to mixed opinions on the overall value and amenities offered.

I was in town filming a commercial and the Hutton Hotel was more than a home away from home. Thanks to the staff from the valet attendants to the manager it was an office away from office. I was able to accomplish my job with the complete support of all that I came in contact with. The front desk helped me with printing from the complimentary workstation in the lobby and the valet attendants that ensured my vehicle was ready to go and loaded with my gear.

I want to thank Dale McCarty and his team personally for making my stay productive. I want to mention a few people by name to thank them for their outstanding customer service, warm greetings, and welcoming spirits: Carson H(otel), Jack B(ravo), Jack D(elta), Tanner, MIKE JONES, Cheesecake (not his real name, but I saw him pulling up another guest's car with the words cheesecake plastered on the windshield so I refer to him as Cheesecake to have a little fun with the team, Katherine / Catherine the concierge, and Daniel the bartender. I never got the name of the front desk attendant, but she jokingly gave me grief for using too much paper for the printer and I affectionately called her "red" because of her hair color. There are so many wonderful people at this establishment and I apologize for not getting all your names for this review. Just know that I appreciate everyone at the Hutton Hotel.

Awesome hotel. Service was as good as it gets.....anywhere. The Valet service crew are the most professional, congenial, and friendliest group of young men that we have ever met. These young men...Stephen, Jack B. Tanner, and Jack D. are exceptional.
The Hutton Hotel provides a courtesy car for use of their guest. Nice amenity !
Our room was spacious, clean, and well prepped for our arrival. We loved the shower, which was operated by a digital wall mounted adjustable control. Nice size TV's, comfortable beds. There is a nicely equipped gym on the 4th floor. A great and well designed lobby with lobby bar, sitting areas, pinball machines, shuffleboard, bakery, and a nice open restaurant serving all meals.
All kinds of memorabilia throughout this hotel. Enjoy the entertainment that is offered by "The Hutton."

Dear Bob &Diane O. A simple review worth its weight in gold. Thank you for taking the time to share your observations and for the five stars. Providing a warm and inviting environment in one of the busiest intersections of the world is certainly a challenge. We went to great lengths to select our associates and a team that make sure the design and amenities met the expectations. Our biggest asset remains the team we have onsite. They have had an outstanding contribution towards the success of the hotel and it is always a pleasure to read about them. We do hope to welcome you back soon and thank you for choosing the Hutton Hotel. Best Regards, OD

A couple of people from my company attended an event at the Analog in the Hutton Hotel the other night, and we chose to valet our vehicle. Sometimes we hate valet because it takes forever once an event is over to get our car, due to the mass amounts of people, but not here!! They were prompt and retrieved our vehicle so quickly! Canaan, Carson, and Jack B, specifically, were so nice and even asked about the event we attended and if we enjoyed it. Really made us feel at home even though we weren't even staying at the Hutton! I will always valet my car for anything I attend at the Analog from now on!

I felt compelled to take the time to write a review after our stay on the final night of our honeymoon. We booked one night having done a road trip around the south, returning to Nashville for two days (one night) before our flight back to London Heathrow.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with live music playing between 4 and 7 every night. Whilst there is currently no restaurant due to renovations, we were advised that we could order room service if we wanted it or they were more than happy to recommend places to us.

Our room was a deluxe room - and there is so much space. The bed is soft and comfortable. The towels are soft, fluffy. The shower is a rainfall shower and toiletries are provided and of a high quality.

Special shout out to Ivy on the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful when we went to pick up our luggage later that day. We had run out of cash for a tip and I wanted to tip her by card but she just smiled broadly and wished me a wonderful trip home. We were hot and tired after walking around Nashville that afternoon and she offered me a bottle of water which I happily accepted. Overall she made the end of our trip that much nicer and I hope that the hotel manager reads this and gives her lots of praise!!

Would definitely return when we are next back in Nashville.

I only say my stay was surprising, because I did no research, and just selected this property for a quick overnight trip.

The hotel has a very hip boutique feel to it, maybe similar to an Ace Hotel. They provided me with a welcome drink ticket upon check in, which I traded for a delicious margarita. Perhaps best of all, the bar has about 4 pinball tables (all music themed), which are free to play!

The room was spacious enough and well appointed. I applaud their use of large canisters of soap and shampoo instead of the small travel bottles for being eco friendly.

The gym was not large, but had all the equipment you would need, including a peloton bike.

All in all, a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

A great fresh fragrance as we entered the warm and welcoming lobby turned out to be a true indicator of what our stay would become. We immediately met John, the manager, and he took very good and personal care of us. It was evident that his leadership was one of service and was always operating under the premise of "others first" in his profession. Shawn and Zane were always a pleasure to see during our 5 night stay for assistance and a good friendly chuckle. Tye was so helpful and understanding of us when we booked our room and made concessions for us as our situation called for some flexibility in otherwise "conventional hotel management" thinking . She too put "people first." Our room was spotless, housekeeping was on the spot, and we also had the pleasure of meeting Hector for morning coffee in the lobby each day, a fine and humble man, in spite of him being celebrated as one of the finest chefs around. My wife and I still miss that comfortable bed, and are actually in the process of copying the bedding that was used there for elevated comfort in our home. Best bed ever.

My husband and I went there and stayed for three days for our anniversary. We booked the hotel based on the location, the feel of the hotel and the fact they had a bunch of guitars at my husband's disposal. The room was ok, a little small, but we had the one bedroom suite and a nice view, so that was ok. The bathroom was also dirty, but the shower was awesome, which I guess made up for it. The front desk staff was less than helpful, they had problems suggesting restaurants or giving us directions, the coffee and light refreshments during the day ended at 12 and no one mentioned that, there was no restaurant open due to "renovations" but if you look into the restaurant area, nothing is going on and it's just closed, and the bar on the second floor was closed too. We tried to give the hotel the benefit of doubt since we know times are tough due to the pandemic, but the kicker was when we asked the valet to tell us how to get to a walkable hotel or if he had any suggestions to where we should eat on our first night, he said he couldn't help us, he was new. You would think after we spent $50 a night to park someone could help at least tell us how to get somewhere. However, he was actually really nice about not helping us and very polite. We had to ask the valet because no one was at the front desk at all and we had read in some previous reviews the valet staff was "awesome". The fender and amp that came, (which took two days to be delivered after we ordered it from the book) was the best thing about the hotel. We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel and we had much better service and room. We spent over 2,000 there for 3 days and no one cared or even tried to help us in any way. We will not be back.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and so clean. They also have a service that will take you and pick you up from the hotel to downtown. It's a Tesla that is comfortable and free. The driver, Benjamin, could use a personality injection. The main downside is the parking. There is an adjacent parking garage. It's $37.00 per night which we thought was a little steep for a fcility that wasn't 1/3 full. The machine to pay ended up charging us $75.00 for the night. No one available to help us. Not good, not good at all. No alternate parking available.

Hutton Hotel is mostly calm. Very contemporary. It's for people in media, it seems, but overall nice atmosphere. It's about a 10 minute walk to downtown. Eli, Caleb, and two others, One red hair one brown hair, made parking easy. The price seems a little less competitive compared to other rivals but some of the pluses are the installed venue and hot coffee from the coffee cart in the morning. We had a discount on parking through a benefits website which was honored in the end with a very brief and polite conversation, otherwise parking is not a competitive price either.

If you're looking for somewhere that feels new, you're okay with ongoing updates, live music during the day or at night, then this place is certainly for you. The rooms are a little on the smaller side compared to what you get in other hotels at similar rates or slightly higher rates.

It seems under new ownership and leadership that Hutton is figuring out who they are in Nashville and sometimes that reads upon arrival. There's a certain charm to it but if you're looking for somewhere that feels veteran run, this may not be the place for you. If you're okay with a free-flowing dynamic, then this place is cool and fun to be at.
