My husband and I recently stayed at Linden Manor for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Chef and Innkeeper Peigi Brinton was extremely helpful with sightseeing advice as well as which restaurants to try while in Nashville. Her breakfasts were so beautifully presented and tasted even better than they looked! And afternoon homemade cookies were an absolute delight!...

Just off 12th Avenue near Belmont College. Very active area with people enjoying a family walk, many walking their dogs, shops and restaurants on 12th. But the best part is the Linden B&B. Catherine, owner, and Peggy, innkeeper, are gracious hosts. You are served a different breakfast/brunch each morning. Fresh cookies and coffee are there when you return each afternoon...

At the risk of being redundant, Linden Manor is the best: best breakfast, best environment, best chef-host-concierge; I think Chef Peigi even orchestrated the wonderful weather. Peigi warmly greeted us on the charming wrap-around porch and answered our initial questions. Fresh chocolate-chip cookies were waiting in our lovely room. An Adele concert brought us to Nashville, but Peigi recommended other...

A slogan of 'arrive as a guest, leave as a friend' is a high bar to set...but the team at 1501 cleared that bar with plenty of room to spare. We felt at home the moment those cookies arrived and the encyclopaedic knowledge of Nashville held by the hosts helped ensure we had a magnificent time. The lovely hubbub of...

My forever partner and I visited this wonderful Bed &Breakfast over a 3 day visit to Nashville. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a terrific host named Peigi, who led us to our room and a plate of warm cookies. Our host coordinated our trips to venues and prepared our breakfast each morning. I would recommend this B&B to...

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Linden Manor. The room was very nice and clean-- a bit small. But with a lovely sitting room at our disposal that was not a problem. Peigi was a wonderful innkeeper greeting us as we arrived and giving us lots of information on what to see in Nashville. She provided us...

Lovely well appointed B&B is a very nice suburb 2 miles from the centre of Nashville. A beautifully done B&B with great furnishings and spotless. Peigi and Catherine were very helpful and booking the Opry tickets for us was very kind. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a lovely stay. Great place highly recommended.

We had a great experience at Linden Manor. We stayed in the carriage house which was amazing – beautifully decorated, homey and large. Both Peggi and Kathryn were very easy to talk to and kind. They gave us recommendations of where to eat and what to do. We rented a car but the location was in walking distance to the...

We stayed here for three days - first time in Nashville (and the US), wish it could have been longer. Catherine and Peigi are wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts and the breakfasts are simply superb! We had two rooms (for our party of three) plus sitting room - all beautiful AND so comfortable (usually we get either 'comfort' or 'nice-looking'...
