Upon arrival, we were greeted by Aileen at the front desk. I had accidentally canceled our reservation at this hotel instead of at another Hampton in the area. We had a great stay at this hotel, largely due the friendly front desk (kudos to Aileen!) and housekeeping staff. Our daughter unfortunately got the stomach flu and even worse, had an accident in the elevator. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over my spring break as a school teacher. The hotel was clean, quiet and offered a typical hotel breakfast. They offer a shuttle downtown for $10 round trip per person but we never used it. We used Uber to get downtown and that was $13 each way and we found it...

Everyone was so kind! They greeted us with friendly southern hospitality! The gal who helped with keeping breakfast stocked did a fantastic job!! There were a lot of us guests. She hustled and was so kind and patient with repeated requests. The hotel was clean and smelled clean;)

I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers going to Nashville. It is in close proximity to a lot a different things for business or pleasure. The Gaylord Opryland is within a short distance as are restaurants.

As Hilton Honors Gold members we expect a lot from Hilton properties and this location stands up to the brand name. The hotel is clean, the front desk was friendly, our key was ready when we arrived with no waiting, and it is close to many attractions. My boyfriend and I stayed here for $210 a night. The place was OK, but I think not worth the value. Free breakfast, 20.00 shuttle to down town each, the beds are TERRIBLE and our room could have been cleaner.

I have literally spent weeks at the Hampton Inn and Suites - Nashville, at 230 Rudy Circle across from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. I love the facility and location and up intil the past couple of months the house keeping was satisfactory. Can't say that now. Not making beds, not replenishing towels and soaps, not sweeping carpets or cleaning tile....
