I faced several issues during my stay that made it quite challenging. Firstly, there were discrepancies with my booking - it was changed without proper notice and with some misleading information, and on arrival, despite assurances of a full refund regardless of my decision to stay or not, they are now refusing to honor that commitment. I've initiated disputes in multiple channels to secure what I'm owed. Moreover, the amenities I paid for weren't provided as promised. Despite paying for three powered campsites, I was allocated only one, which was highly inconvenient for a group of 10 people. This oversight disrupted our plans significantly and was not at all acceptable. What made matters worse was the overcrowding and lack of regard for safety. The park seemed to turn a blind eye to illegal camping in common areas, resulting in an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. The overall experience was disappointing, and I have serious doubts about their adherence to safety regulations. In summary, based on my experience, I would strongly advise against choosing this park for anyone's holiday plans. Great park, grandkids loved it we will be back! Tight on the river where you can catch all types of fish. Close to town to walk to eat. The amenities are excellent and the camping positions have all you need. the price is good too!

Do not camp here. The tent sites are close to a truck route and the roar of diesel engines will keep you awake until after midnight. Do not try to sleep in a tent. The cabins are further away and quiet.

Perfect location, excellent amenities, comfortable and clean cabins and close to township and bikepaths. A very relaxing experience with plenty of options to fill in time. Although the park was obviously fully booked, it never seemed to be crowded.

Spent a bit of time over Easter there ,wow what can I say walking my kids around the park and witnessed the receptionist going off at another lady who was walking an elderly man through the gate with his walking frame,from what I could tell he was visiting his family for lunch and was not aloud to be driven to there site he looked very upset by it as were my kids , I will never stay there again Very Rude Staff please have some compassion for the Elderly.

Rude and disrespectful . The lady in the Office was the rudest person I have ever come across. The management of this park lacks customer service and would benefit from training in dealing with public. Would never stay again or recommend this park to anyone

They care little about anything but new business for very short stays. Rarely answer the phone and NO help with anything after 5pm. Do not bother unless looking for an expensive camp site for the night.

I would never recommend staying at this park with the current management. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and the most shocking customer service I have ever seen. My brother brought my 83 year old father with dementia up for lunch and I asked the receptionist if it was okay for my brother to drop my father off at our camp site and drive straight out again and park in the visitors area. She would not and spoke to me very rudely. She then walked out of the office and watched me get him out of the car with his walking frame, walk through the gates and then yelled at me for him to sign in as a visitor. Another worker then drove down and accused my brother of abusing the receptionist after he told her she obviously doesn’t know how to treat the elderly or disabled and our group would be kicked out and he has video footage of it. I asked to see the footage and was told I could see the footage but then I would be asked to leave. We were then accused of already having extra cars and I told him to look around and it’s clear there is only one car per camp site. This man had obviously got the receptionist version and confronted me aggressively. This was not the only incident over the weekend I was shocked to hear how they spoke to other visitors and park goers. Would not give them any business and I don’t understand why rude people would be in the tourist customer service business. You would think that after the devastating floods that occurred there they would be happy to see customers return and be friendly but definitely not these managers. We have been camping for over 25 years as a family and this is without a doubt the worst management I have ever seen. I would not recommend this park to anyone …

Clean facilities and friendly, helpful managers. One of the best! We stayed previously 2 nights in a cabin on the riverside which was lovely and comfortable and now 3 nights in a caravan in which they were very considerate and helpful. Would recommend when in Yea.
