DIRTY DIRRY DIRTY!!! No attempt to clean or dust. Shower was disgusting. Dirt all over the base, and mouldy. Very unhygienic. Lucky we had friends who live near by so we borrowed bed sheets and blanket to sleep on top of the bed. Didn't dare to use the shower. Truly disgusting. Where are the health inspectors. This hotel should be closed and they ordered to clean it properly before reopening. Furthermore, I called to ask for price and was told $120 when it was only $110. Deceitful. In the end we paid for a hotel we couldn't use facilities because it was so dirty!!!!

Stayed overnight on way to silo art. There were no staff to check you in or out. Restaurant was closed even though it was supposed to be open. The room was very clean, bed comfy and all we needed for the night. Although rather tired looking it served us well.

I booked this motel for two nights in March 2022 for three adults We had a family room that didn't fill us with a warm and fuzzy feeling when we walked through the front door.I think the only reason we stayed was because the bed linen looked clean and the Wedderburn Hotel, a short walk up the road, was a very inviting sight after a day on the road. On arrival there was no-one on reception and in fact we did not see the Manager/Owner during our two nights. The general condition of the property was one that is in serious need of cleaning and tidying up. Our front door had a broken security chain. The toilet door could not be closed and made a loud squeaking / scraping sound when opened and closed. The rooms were not serviced, beds not made, milk and other things not replenished. There is no way I would recomend this motel to anyone. Bendigo is a much better option if you are going in that direction, its only 3/4 hour further on.

Rohan went out of his way to see we were looked after. The suite was very clean and comfortable with all things working well. Rohan emailed a menu two days before and Robyn had dinner for us and a very tasty light breakfast. We enjoyed the stay so much that we are going to stay again in a fortnight to take up their invitation to be at their "Christmas in July". We stopped here to break up the drive on the Silo Art Trail but have fallen in love with the street and wall art in Wedderburn. It is now definitely on our Art Trail Map.

Overnight stopover on way to Mildura. Late arrival as left Melbourne after work. The owner could not have been more helpful- emailing a menu and arranging dinner to be ready on arrival. Agree with others, dated building but very clean, beds comfortable and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

A perfect place to stay especially if you are a fan of street art and silo art. Wedderburn has one of Australia’s most stunning pieces of street art on the church on its Main Street. It’s also a great base for visiting the silo art on the road from Wedderburn to Mildura

Wedderburn Goldseeker Motel was an easy, comfortable experience for us. The owner Rohan goes out of his way to accommodate you and is very keen to help and hear you thoughts. The room was extremely clean, even though the decor is old-school and somewhat dated. The kitchenette had a great fridge, some crockery, a jug and a microwave. The air conditioner worked very well and was easy to use. You will need to take your own hair dryer if you need one but plenty of toiletries were provided. The staff were super friendly and really added that personal touch. The breakfast is definitely worth it - probably one of the tastiest we've had in a while and the coffee was nice. It was great to see extra pillows provided. There is a wonderful country pub a few hundred meters down the road which has that welcoming, friendly feel. The publican is lovely and engaging and happy to chat. The meals there were HUGE and finished off nicely with the old fashioned sticky date pudding and vanilla ice-cream. If you want a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay without any complications, this is the one.

A very nice little motel that is perfectly located. You are walking distance from the Wedderburn Hotel (Pub), Shopping Centre, Pharmacy, Post Office, ATM, Swimming Pool and Donaldson park Racecourse. The rooms are super clean and quite spacious. The parking is easy and right outside your motel door. It is peaceful and quiet as a country motel should be. The cooked breakfasts alone are worth the visit as they are fantastic. This motel is managed by a fantastic couple that ensure that your visit is a good one. This motel is the go-to place whenever you decide to recharge the batteries in Wedderburn (Country Victoria).

I think this is the only motel in Wedderburn. It looks on the outside a bit dated and the room inside is similarly however it is clean, warm and generally free of outside noise. Sometimes though you do hear highway traffic (not a lot) and other customers entering and leaving but hardly an issue. It has everything you need in a motel and the fee is pretty good too. I slept in a good comfortable warm bed but if you like an electric blanket, there is none. But I did not feel it necessary anyway even though it was a chilly night, the bed was warm anyway. Mini bar is modestly priced and plenty of towels for the shower and soaps etc. The proprietor has the place up for sale and for anyone looking at getting into a good business this might be the go. However you would need good customer skills which the current people do easily. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. When I come through again I'd prefer to stay again at the Wedderburn (signed as Budget though) than other motels in the other towns.
