Fantastic little hideaway motel, beds were comfortable, shower was great and newly renovated. Not far to drive to places. We were originally worried bout the area, as we read reviews but were pleasantly surprised by this motel. RECOMMENDED

Came down to Warragul for a work trip and stayed one night. Check in was effortless and the room was spotlessly clean. Amenities were good, wifi was fast and the bed was comfy. Room service appeared to be home cooked meals which was just lovely and much better than going out to a restaurant, which isn't what I want after 12 hours working in a remote location! Shower was nice and hot with good pressure. Microwave in the room and all the bits and bobs you expect for a nice little motel
Location is right on the freeway/main road but you wouldn't know. I didn't hear much noise. Behind it were parks and walking areas.
Will definitely come back again when I next visit!

We travel a lot and this is top of the list of motels we have stayed in. Everything you need including microwave, toaster, jug, clean modern bathroom with strong hot reliable shower. Spotlessly clean and amazingly quiet. Most motels are within earshot of a freeway but not this one, we enjoyed a great sleep on our stay.

Stayed one night in Warragul on our way through to Gippsland and found the Comfort Inn & Suites Warragul to be clean and had what we needed. The room itself is not big so the bed takes up a bit of room. The bathroom was also on the compact side but it was clean and the water was hot. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the Warragul CBD. The free WiFi worked well and parking is best accessed via Tarwin Street. The parking area really needs to be sealed as it could be dangerous to someone with a disability or not sure footed. Also it would be helpful to have a flywire screen door on the sliding door so that fresh air would be available and provide some security if the door is opened.

We (wife and I ) stayed here to go to the lovely Messmates dining on Saturday night.
We were pleasantly surprised to get the newer room (with kitchenette that we didn't need ) but room spacious and new . Good shower, large bed, good heating !
Place has i think 20 or so rooms, half are totally new, the rest renovated.

This motel has easy access and easy parking. Reasonable sized room with patio facing towards main road. The room was sparkling clean and the traffic noise was minimal. Comfortable bed, beautiful sheets and pillows. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

Calling this place a luxury motel is blatant false advertising. It is a very basic budget motel with rooms 15 metres from the incoming lane from Melbourne with zero protection in between. Easily the noisiest motel room I've ever stayed in. Asking for anything, even the things that are advertised is like pulling teeth. Management comes across as feeling guests should just sleep there and spend all their daytime away from the motel for managements convenience. Asking for more coffee and milk is like asking management to do a backflip. Slightly above back packers but NOT 4 stars. I notice management dismisses complaints as ficticious. No PR skills at all. There are 3 other, much better motels in Warragul to choose from and plenty more not far away. Very disappointing performance.

Recently stayed at this motel. Very clean and rooms are great. Lady at reception is Extremely rude and needs to treat guests like guest, After all we are paying for this accommodation and expect a Friendly greeting.
overall the accommodation is great just such a shame the customer service isn't.

I telephoned ahead and spoked to a lovely friendly girl and was cordially greeted when we arrived, the usual questions were asked about price and breakfast charges etc.
The room was amazing, modern and very clean, it has to be one of the best Best Westerns we had stayed in. We slept well and went to have breakfast.
Breakfast was ok pretty average for a best western. When I paid my bill I was shocked that the owner wanted to change the price on me saying because I have a son (5yr old) I should pay $20 more for accommodation and I should of told them I had a child, I was shocked as I told him that I did inform the girl that there were three of us, & its not my problem if his worker has not put down that I had a 5 yr old with me. Then I handed over my card without thinking that he was going to overcharge me in breakfast to make up for the $20 when he put my card through I questioned the amount before signing but the sneaky man had approved it on the machine before I signed it so it went through. I paid for breakfast for two adults and a child $75, tell me that this is fair! A 5 yr old that ate a piece of bread and drank a glass of juice.
So my accom rate was $89 compared to breakfast $75, tell me this does not sit right. I was informed continental and or hot breakfast (consists of one egg and one rasher of bacon with toast) is $20 per adult. Even if my son paid full price this still does not equate to $75.
I telephoned as an anonymous customer to find out how much the room and brekkie was and I got the same person that served me and he stated $20.
PLEASE BE WARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO EAT EITHER PRE PAY OR DONT SIGN YOUR CARD UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR BEING CHARGED FOR.

We stayed in the suite 23 and it was the best equipped suite (everything you need in the kitchen etc) and the beds are honestly the most comfortable I have ever slept in . Kids loved the single bed also. Really good place to stay. Rooms are very dark with curtains closed. Fantastic. Good WiFi. Warm rooms heater /air con in each room and tv in lounge and both bedrooms. Excuse our mess in the photos :)
