We are a long-established caravan park, situated along 1 kilometre of the picturesque Yarra River in the beautiful Yarra Valley. We offer a range of different accommodation options including budget cabins, family cabins and a "Bunk House" which is suitable for larger family gatherings. Also on offer are a variety of camping options - lush lawn and shady sites. Prime river camping positions are also open seasonally in the warmer months. We are currently upgrading the Warburton Holiday Park with some new developments already completed - new Camp Kitchen, new barbeques and the first of our new Amenities Blocks. Our new Office complex and second Amenities block will be open soon.

This is an annual trip for us - between 7 to 10 from year-to-year. There have been significant improvements made to the park over the years and they continue. The amenities are very good and always pretty clean. Ready access to the river is great for kids to float from one end of the caravan park to the other. The local coffee van and the Spud Man on site are a great bonus, but you are still an easy walk into town either down the main road or the longer but very pretty trail along the river. Staff helpful and friendly, fire drums, wood, ice, snacks, etc... all available on site.

This holiday park is fantastic.
Location adjacent to the beautiful Yarra River is great and walks along the riverbank are easy and incredibly enjoyable.
The Park has great facilities for all of the family
Parking your van is easy and, importantly, the shower and toilet facilities are excellent. They are very clean and well maintained.
We would strongly recommend this venue for couples or families.

3 families joined on camping holiday on powered site. Kids aged 8-10yo loves the water park, adults enjoyed tubing along the river. Would recommend if taking kids on tubes down the river, to use straps to hold you together so you can avoid trees etc there are shallow sections to stand and hop off but watch your bottom scraping on rocks but you know when to lift
Facilities are well maintained with bathrooms, sites are good sizes and facing onto the river. IGA is a short stroll down the road

We have been camping at this caravan park for nearly 20 years. We camp in a tent though now there are probably more caravans than tents. We book a site on the river for 10 days and would love to stay longer but the site is always booked out. There are camping spots not on the river available, with access to all facilities including the Yarra River. This is a beautiful place. I love watching the stars at night, the campfire and being able to take my dogs (all dogs must be on a leash at all times). The bathrooms are beautifully cleaned several times a day by a team including Ashleigh, Sally and Chantelle who do a fabulous job. Floating down the river on a tube is a favourite activity as is walking through the forest and along the river. The free water park is very popular with families. Warburton itself is getting busier every year which brings its own problems including car parking but it has good cafes and shopping.

No kitchen and BBQ facilities in Western Camping Area. Solitary kitchen and BBQ near permanents ill equipped. No pots/pans/wash-up drainer/ dishwashing & BBQ cleaning items. . Many camping sites unlevel. $63 per camping site per night for 2 out of season given the poor facilities is exorbitant

First time here and first impressions not off to good start as found the lady on reception not very pleasant, welcoming or seemed happy to check me in....awkward.

Apart from that stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cabins right next to water very peaceful.

Found the cabin to be extremely clean and all facilities worked well. Very happy.

Found also everyone who stayed in the park were considerate of and respectful of others and rules.

Great park will come back again but next time in winter when snakes arent not around. We came across two snakes in one day when were heading into town along the river. Be careful, have fun as lots of great walks to do.

Stunning location, flowing rivers with wood ducks and teal duck are abundant. If you love kookaburras then your morning wake up alarm is ready for action. Amenities so clean you could eat off them! 10/10. Pets allowed. Husbands too!!😂😂😂😂😂

Room Tip: Weekends get booked out in advance. Midweek is optimal as there are few people here. Excellent...

It's the most wonderful holiday park, the scenery is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, so friendly, helpful and kind. The cabin we stayed in was excellent, beds were really comfortable, the bird life is glorious, and the river Yarra just outside our door was a real bonus. Warburton is a really pretty place and the Three Sugars Cafe is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We would absolutely stay at the Warburton Holiday Park again. I didn't want to go home. We come from Barmera in the Riverland, but I was born in Victoria, and really miss the tall gum trees, the mountains, and the greenery.

Stayed here for 2 nights in ‘Cabin E. We lived in Warburton 50+ years ago, and my sister and I came back to see how much it had changed. The check in was easy, the girls were lovely, the cabin was clean, and exactly what we wanted. It has a lot of cabins and campsites, but was very quiet at night to sleep. The shower was nice and hot. Would highly recommend staying here, as it is close to Donna Buang, and the Main Street of Warburton.

A beautiful park with sites right on the Yarra River. There are powered sites and cabins a bit further back but we stayed in a powered ‘River’ site which was only a few steps from the river under big shady trees. The constant water running over rocks is just a perfect background. The only downside was that the trees and shade doesn’t allow much grass to grow on the sites but otherwise just a lovely spot. There are walking and cycling paths for kilometres up and down both sides of the river and the town itself has a nice feel.
