Clean little unit, very cosy with great heater. Beds were comfy - bedding and room cleaned every 3 days. Location is handy. Disappointed rubbish wasn’t cleared daily and very disappointed it advertises having a laundry, - turns out the laundry wasn’t available to guests. We had to drive around town to find laundromats as we were there for 10 days. I think Laundry should be taken off their advertising as it is misleading.

Under new management since the start of the year, Alberto and Elaine have since created a haven of comfort and tranquility in Rosebud Motel.
They are seasoned travellers and excellent hosts, and know the true meaning of hospitality and a warm welcome.
We stayed in Room 9, which was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The owners had recently redone the room with brand-new furnishings and mattresses, and we slept soundly on them. The room was well-equipped with everything needed and the bathroom was impeccable.
While it was too cold when we visited for a swim in the spacious pool, we greatly enjoyed the games room with its pool table and widescreen TV and the covered barbecue area.
The prices are the most affordable in the region, the value is outstanding, but most importantly Alberto and Elaine are two of the best hosts a traveller could ever hope to meet.

We recently stayed here due to a family emergency and needed last minute accommodation. The owner was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant with the extra care given. Pool was a hit for young and old and will definitely be booking again in the near future.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Rosebud Motel and it exceeded my already high expectations (based on my earlier visit in October 2022). The friendly, helpful hosts made my stay particularly enjoyable. The room I had during this stay had a newly installed spa bath with separate shower alcove. Everything was recently renovated, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable - right down to the towels and pillows. This motel sets a standard that I'll use as my benchmark for evaluating similar accommodation during my future travels. And - the beach is right across the road!!! What more could you ask for? Thanks again for a great stay!

Perfect winter get away where you can snuggle up in a newly renovated calm warm room and still rug up and cross the road to walk along a pristine beach. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were tastefully updated and had the fresh, clean and new feeling. A bit of traffic white noise in the morning but not a real concern. Excellent value for money-shhhhh!

This motel is across the road from the beach, and in excellent condition. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they seemed genuinely invested in ensuring a positive guest experience. The price was incredibly cheap given the quality of the room. Recently refurbished, very comfortable mattress (firm, but enough softness to enjoy a good sleep), and a decent shower. This room was $30 cheaper than the next cheapest, but looked much nicer. High recommend.

Under new management, Elaine and Alberto are the new friendly hosts at the motel, they made us feel very welcome and made sure our room was cleaned and tidy on our arrival. Although the rooms are a little run down, they have advised these will be revamped and modernized. Some of the other occupants at the motel were quite loud at times however; management was quick to address this to make sure everyone's stay was pleasurable. Thanks for your hospitality Elaine and Alberto, we look forward to seeing the improvements when we come stay next.

Very friendly owner on check in. Close to the hot springs, supermarket and food options.
Got upgraded from a queen room to the family room #2. Basic but updated room was a bit concerned over possible road noise but it was fine over night. Very busy road so needed to be carefully pulling in or out of the driveway.
Only slight negative was the shower head kept falling down and having to be adjusted continuously through the showering. I forgot to mention it on checkout.
Would happily stay again in the future.

We found the Motel through a Google Search. Our initial phone call was received by Alberto. A fantastic reception from him enticed us to book 2 Rooms for an overnight stay. Wed had business in Rosebud that required us to stay for one night only. On our arrival we were met by our Host, Alberto. So friendly and helpful. We felt at home straight away. He has just purchased the Motel and is in the process of brightening the Units. It actually reminded us of the Coastal Motels during the 1990's. Very quaint and homely. His plans to renovate will improve the establishment no end. The Beach is just over Point nepean Rd, with the Rosebud Shopping Centre just down the road. The Motel has a swimming pool with an adjoining BBQ and Kitchen area. The bed were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. All you need for good comfortable stay that won't hurt the Budget.

I booked an impromptu visit with the kids. The staff/owners were more than accommodating and very friendly. The room was immaculate. Newly renovated, very clean and the shower has good pressure! We slept comfortably and swam in the pool and at the beach which is visible from the front of the property. We will definitely stay again and next time use the picnic/BBQ facilities. Highly recommend.
