Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you are seeking a very well maintained park, with a pool and very large site without the jumping pillow and water park then this is the park for you. Could not fault it. The sites were very large. Concrete slab with grass. Trees so great shade. Pool excellent with shade sale and lounge chairs. Facilities dated but clean.
Grace and Ian (owner/managers) really lovely people who clearly take great pride in their park.

This is a great a caravan park, with onsite accommodation available. The grounds are manicured to perfection, the facilities are well maintained and appointed. The operator is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a new, built onsite cabin.
Very happy with our stay.

My husband and I had booked one of the new "access" cabins in this caravan park. It was amazing. It was so spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were amazing. If I could rate it more than a 5 I would do so. The only drawback I guess was that the access cabin was near the main road and didn't have a view but apart from that I would highly recommend these cabins to anyone staying in the area. Also the managers and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent park. Powered sites were shady and beautifully grassed. Our site was about 12m x 10m.
Amenities and pool were clean and tidy. Host was fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Even put on a big bbq for the whole park, everyone came together with chairs and drinks for a great feed. Only suggestion would be a sun shade over part of the pool however there were large umbrellas around the pool side. Park was quiet and just 15 minutes from Mildura. 800m walk to the local IGA or Foodworks.

A wonderful little caravan park with beautiful big gum trees and very green grassy sights. Park quiet and serene with very clean amenities, and kitchen facilities. Well worth a stay. Medium priced for caravan park in high Easter season.

This is another KUI caravan park which we discovered on our trip whilst touring the Murray area. From the warm welcome from Grace & Ian, our hosts, to the immaculate grounds and amazingly clean good size swimming pool, our stay was perfect. In fact, we extended it far beyond our original plans, as it was close to Mildura and all that it has to offer. A real find, a site we can recommend and would re-visit! Thanks for making our stay so special!!

A clean, quiet caravan park. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which was great for our family of 4. The manager put the AC on before we arrived and we were told to keep it on during the hot weather. When the fridge stopped working, another one was quickly brought into the cabin.
The pool was great for cooling off and the manager even brought around an "Orange Crunch" to help us cool off.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent park, plenty of space, clean and well organised. Good communications when booking. Cabin was new and plenty of room to park the boat. We needed a late check in which was straightforward to arrange. A short walk into town to the pub. Thanks

This is the second time we have stopped in this park, and we think it is a great find. A very friendly welcome, a lovely, large, grass site, and good amenities.

We find it a nice walk to the local club which we also rate.

We will certainly be using both again in the future.

👎👎👎👎👎 I Regret going to this park, but better off not contributing financially to their business as we dont feel worthy spending our tourist money for bad businesses. If I could give a zero star I would. Rude, inconsiderate, arrogant female 'manager' looking down on young travelers. Ignorant, just because one isn't an Australian without caravans, doesnt mean they're losers. My wife & I are both academic professionals. We've been traveling the world with our good income. I bet you've never left Australia or visited other countries, if u had, u probably would've treated people better, equal to your mates. Australia isn't the only advanced & modern country in the world! You're delusional & ignorant to think your park is 'the best' in Mildura. On the phone before meeting my wife she sounded ok as we made an appointment to visit the ensuite site (we weren't informed of no grassed ensuite for tents & the lady said we can only camp for a week or we will KILL THE GRASS - but we asked tent campers, said they've camped there for 1 month so I suspected the manager was discriminating us based on our background). After seeing my wife who's an AsianAmerican, her expression changed (We've heard of racism, xenophobia in Mildura against Aboriginals & Asians, abuse of backpackers. Fact is, Mildura is backward, not a friendly city for international travelers - I mean I havent seen or met any Europeans, Americans or fellow Canadians checking in at any of the parks around here, unlike NSW, QLD, WA,NT, TAS where its more multiracial). First of all she talked to us like we were some teenagers, very condescending. My wife & I are both in early 30s we looked younger so she assumed we were lousy broke ass backpackers. She had a judgmental look that we came with a 4WD, owns no caravan for the Ensuite site, she dismissed us passive aggressively as she presumed that we were 'HOMELESS BACKPACKERS / FRUITPICKERS' Difficult Manager with no smile on her face and arrogantly refused to return our greeting: "So at our caravan park, we don't allow cars or wagons... Our ensuite is 'not safely built' for cars. But for tents, you can only camp for a week and leave, or you'll kill the grass. Do you already have a job? You need money to pay..." Us: "We're visitors, yes we have money to pay. Kill the grass on campground? I've never heard of that before, we've camped many times across Australia, no managers have said that to us..." Manager: "Dont tell us how to run our business, try Big4 they'll take backpackers and you're asking too many questions, I have no time for you, so you need to go!" In less that 5 minutes of enquiring, she hurriedly in a psychopathic manner POINTED HER FINGER to my wife, avoided answering our questions & insulted my wife accusing her of being confrontational. My wife said in defense, 'We're not what you think, you stereotyped us thats wrong, we have money to afford getting a campervan for the slab site'. We even showed the crazy lady our cabin key where we stayed (Buronga Riverside Cabin) yes a cabin & we left. Grumpy Lady, you may disagree to our complaint & delete it, but we're not the first ones, scroll down to view negative feedback. As an ADULT to another, WHAT'S THE POINT OF BEING A MANAGER IF YOU HATE MANAGING VISITORS? MAYBE PUT A SIGN ' NO FOREIGNERS, AUSSIES ONLY'. Other local park owners told us "Red Cliff Park had issues in the past with undocumented farmworkers, the manager doesnt like foreigners. You are welcomed to book anytime with us." Thanks for clarifying on how bad Red Cliff Park is. To you antisocial manager: We're Canadian expats with valid resident visas & have been residents of NSW for two years. We were shocked by how VIC/Mildura businesses like yours treat young foreigners. In Canada/US we would never treat Australians the way you did to us. You were very insulting & unwelcoming, said campground could only be booked for a week that's a lie! Locals said you're not fond of foreigners & even treated Aussies badly in the past. We are now welcomed dearly by Top Parks & Big4 where we're staying!
