Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really well maintained park, good facilities, staff we met were very friendly and you can see lots of care is taken in maintaining the grounds.
Is really more of a cabin park than a camp ground and camp sites are grass only with no natural shade/trees but very spacious, level and tidy and I think this is more a personal preference than what everyone would want, and the cabins do look to be excellent. My main complaint was there was nowhere to dispose of recycling but this may be a council rather than management issue. Otherwise a really great spot.

Our first ever trip away with our pop up caravan and it was perfect! Couldn't ask for a better site with plenty of amenities, the tennis and basketball courts and they even have two pools!!

The games and kids area is fantastic with much choice and games to keep you and the little people entertained and engaged for hours.

Fred the manager was beyond helpful, patience and very courteous. He let us borrow a couple of tennis balls to get going on the court.

They only restraint was no nearby bike tracks so we couldn't really make use of on our bikes much. Outside of that, it was delightful stay. Saw swans and the bonus pelican too.

Lovely area huge open land great for our dogs however the new powered sites need an amenities block closer. There are 2 x uni-sex toilets a bit closer than the amenities block however an actual ladies and men’s amenities block needs to be provided for the new sites (hopefully it’s in the planning) the park it’s self is lovely with many permanent cabins again the new sites are out on their own without even one tree or bush! Still a very lovely weekend away with our dogos!

Great clean and tidy facilities, great spot for kids with games rooms, tv room, pools, playgrounds and sporting facilities. Great service and a nice quiet spot. Great area for dogs to walk and run off leash. Close to Queenscliff and St Leonard’s. There was a pier to walk along and go fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully maintained Park - Very neat and clean with lovely gardens everywhere. Only a small number of sites as mostly retirement or holiday cabins but this only makes the Park more appealing. Very quiet and peaceful. Would certainly come back!

Stopped in here as I'd herd about the fishing off the pier.
Friendly staff the greens keeper was full of jokes and information.
Camp sites where cheap.
A lot of permanent residents that were all happy to chat and kept an eye on my stuff while out for tea and fishing. Only issue is if it's blowing a gale in this bay there's not much cover.

Cabin Park with around 5 powered & water caravan/ tent sites. Brilliant recreational facilities- pool, games room, tv room, small kids play room, boat/ van wash, fish cleaning, great covered BBQ areas, basketball half court, tennis court, golf area, off leash dog walk area, heaps of lawn and I've probably forgotten a few things. Toilets/ showers were clean, well stocked and roomy.
A quiet and safe park, with plenty of room for kids to be kids.
Right on Swan Bay with direct access to the jetty for fishing and boat ramp, which has perfect channel access on higher tide. 10min from all the local beaches, good cafes and farm produce close by.
The friendly park managers are always around to help out and nothing's too hard.

If you get the chance, book some time at Swan Bay Park to explore this hidden part of the Bellarine Peninsula.
