Peter and Polly are the perfect hosts! Pauline is friendly and helpful with a really cheerful manner. Peter is a lovely man who will take you on a tour to meet Ellie the donkey and all of the other animals ( just don’t turn your back on the goat 😂!)Beautifully appointed room that is spotless with a really comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again .

We had a lovely time at this property! Our hosts were lovely and nothing was too hard. The animals were an amazing extra feature and when the two new llamas arrived our teenage kids were in love! The estate was close to the town and a very short walk to the bistro. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My husband and I stayed here as we were attending our nephews wedding. We were rushed for time on arrival and were met by the loveliest lady, Pauline, who helped us check in easily and was so helpful. She even leant my husband her husbands belt as it was left at home in the rush of packing. The rooms are stunning. Immaculate and so tasteful. We just wish we had have stayed longer to really take in and enjoy the location and facilities. We even bought some local honey and the farms eggs which are so good. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Oxley Estate was wonderful. Our hosts Peter and Pauline were very kind and welcoming, and our room was comfortable, quiet and absolutely immaculate. We booked the Queen room with Spa which was well worth it. Delightful continental breakfast in the morning watching the lovely farm animals. We’ll definitely be back!

This B&B did not disappoint, the rooms were immaculate, the jam, biscuits, and juice (all complimentary!) were delicious. The bed was extremely comfy and the spa bath was huge. Our host, Pauline, was amazing, she made us very feel comfortable and nothing was a bother, she even drove us down to Terindah Estate for a wedding. Can definitely recommend! p.s the farm animals were gorgeous!

Pauline and Peter our hosts were extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. They are the best type of hosts welcoming, unobtrusive but available for any questions and to help if you need them. Rooms are well set out and there are good provisions for breakfast. Mini fridge has some extras at reasonable prices. The bed was divine, such a comfortable mattress and snuggly doona. Plenty of space around the property if you wish to have a wander and stretch your legs. Would love to visit in summer to enjoy the pool. Pauline very kindly drove us to the function we were attending definitely an added bonus. Close to town but very peaceful.

We were five couples so it meant occupying the entire estate. Pauline and Peter placed a large table in the communal kitchen area so that we could all be together during meal times. The kitchen, equipped with European appliances, has everything you need. Most rooms have access to a courtyard leading to a huge yard with a pool, life-size chess set, great BBQ area, a rotunda with table and chairs and various animals....Really comfortable beds and superb pillows, large ensuite with separate shower and a spa bath. Good breakfast provisions in the room. Rooms are airy and light. Whilst it's not on the beachfront it's close to the beach, the pier, golf club (across the road) and the main road either on foot or by car. Very peaceful and quiet at night we all slept well. We're planning on coming back either as a group or individual couples.

We stayed overnight in the family room that was a perfect size for the short stay. Comfy bed and good bunk bed for kids. In-room continental breakfast, locally sourced where possible, with own toaster and bar fridge is a great idea that allows you to get ready in your own time. Also has communal area to all 5 rooms with kitchenette and lounge. Self serve automatic coffee machine stocked with fresh coffee beans is better than most cafes! Kids loved the outdoor activities and got to feed charlotte the geep (google it).

We had such a nice time. The rooms are clean and cozy and the bathrooms were a great size. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area and it’s in a good location. Easy to get an Uber to and from the main part of town.
