Absolutely amazing. From the beautifuly themed room, ensuite with spa, hosts, comfort and breakfast, we could not fault. We stayed in the Arabian night gets room which was perfectly themed. The ensuite was well sized and extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable, I had a great sleep. Our hosts, Mick and Susan were sensational. Very welcoming, easy to talk...

We had a romantic stay at Pelican Sands. The room was divine and true to its theme, the bathroom was nothing short of spectacular with the spa and cleanliness. Mick & Susan are lovely and show interest in their guests. Ensuring you have a great stay, full of knowledge of the area and places of interest to visit. To top...

I was lucky enough to spend a fantastic weekend away at Pelican Sands B&B in October. Unfortunately unlike the accommodation the weather was lousy. Never sure what to expect with B&B's but Susan and Mick have created a welcoming and beautifully decorated escape to cater for all tastes. We stayed in the Bali Hai room, although small it was adequate...

My wife and I stayed for two nights at this lovely establishment. Mick arranged to meet us on arrival at a time convenient to us and gave us a tour of the property and a choice of room. We chose the Romantic Room which was thoughtfully decorated, clean and tidy with all necessary provisions. We enjoyed spending an evening in...

Stayed on a Saturday night, arriving late like 6.30pm and that was not an issue with the owners Susan and Mike. Susan came to meet us to check in and everything was so smooth. Gave us a tour on their amazing bed and breakfast property, a beautiful place to stay in.There are 5 rooms all individually decorated on a specific...

We stayed at Pelican Sands for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Our hosts were friendly and extremely helpful during our stay, but conspicuous at the same time. We stayed in the Arabian Room, which was beautifully decorated with all things from that region. The bathroom was spotless and bright and the shower was excellent with great...

We spent the week end at Pelican Sands while we explored the Bellarine Peninsula. This B&B is near the Flora and Fauna Reserve, so it is quiet and peaceful. Nice rooms with the owner's personal touches. Great breakfast served by the friendly owners. There were several good restaurants an easy drive from the B&B. We would certainly stay there again.

Picked up a deal to stay here and loved it. Three nights and will happily return. Each room has a different theme - we had the Moulin Rouge room upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen with generous supplies provided for breakfast. Hosts who know how to look after their guests and remain unobtrusive.

We stayed in the 'Romance Room', which was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. The spa was heaven, as was the trip to the local Jack Rabbit winery and local cafes. We really enjoyed the hot brekkie that Mick cooked, and we loved meeting Susan. Thanks for our wonderful stay - we hope to be back soon!
