Have stated here a few times...perfect base for Wilson's Prom cruises and exploring this part of Gippsland. Denise is so good to deal with .. she confirmed our room quickly for spur of the moment getaway. The rooms are spotless, bed in comfy and really appreciate the crockery, cutlery, toaster etc as limited breakfast options in Port Albert. Will stay here again when we do Prom cruise in summer. Recommend you book direct.

Stayed here over the weekend, room clean and nice except for the small bathroom, toilet just big enough to squeeze in and it had a horrible shower curtain which should have been banned in the seventies. Good stay except for bathroom. Good location.

Enjoyed this motel, Just near the wharf at Port Albert , very quiet, spacious, clean adding nice small touches to make you feel relaxed and enjoy your stay more. Nice walks close by and overlooking Wilsons Prom in the distance. Friendly and helpful host. Would recommend this motel if you want a quiet relaxing time. We went during the week maybe weekend it could be busy.

Nice beds. Good location. That’s about it. Cutlery was dirty, glasses seriously not cleaned at all. But did feel the sheets were clean when going to bed. A very average place. Even the town had no where to eat. Looks like the place is in a catch 20/2.

Extremely happy & relaxed after our stay at Port Albert Motel. Absolutely stunning location & incredible views, the room accommodation was clean, comfortable & well appointed, extremely helpful Manager - nothing was too much trouble! Motel appears to be upgraded since our previous stay incl. fresh paint, Air Conditioning & Heating units, new lighting and carpets also. Great Wifi & Mini Bar too! Easy stroll across the road to fish off the Jetty. Took our boat down and plenty of parking at the Motel for the boat, plenty of fish caught on the water also! We loved our stay & will be returning again soon.

On the plus side the rooms have been updated somewhat, but the bones are still very much in the 1970's. From the street it isn't much to look at - a small row of rooms facing a car park and a yard. The rooms were adequate - it worked, but if you are expecting luxury then adjust your expectations. The issue is that there aren't a lot of accommodation options in Port Albert. We loved Port Albert so we were prepared to deal with an average motel.

Typical country hotel, nothing flash, but inexpensive. Is clean and as-advertised. Good service from management. Located at edge of town and across the road from main wharf. Would be a great place to stay when boating/fishing.

Surprisingly good, does not look much from outside but the rooms are updated, clean and spacious. We thought there may even be new mattress, pillows and bed linens. Well equipped for those who want to self cater and you just might as there is nowhere to eat in Port Albert at night, except the fish and chip takeaway. We booked to stay entirely because of the Wildfish restaurant for which we had a booking. We were somewhat shocked on our arrival to find the restaurant closed and up for sale. Nobody had bothered to let us know. Nevertheless we enjoyed the area, did some of the coastal walk and had a fabulous brunch at the only cafe in town. Highly recommend this motel

We booked this motel for a night due to its proximity to Wildfish Restaurant where we had booked for dinner. The motel is a three minute walk away and so very close by. We didn't meet Denise, the host, which was not a problem, everything was done via the phone. We tried to book a king room however these had already been booked. Instead had a queen room which had a queen bed, single and a set of single bunk bed which makes the motel a very reasonably priced option for a small family. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well equipped and adequate for our needs being a place to sleep. Would recommend especially if visiting Wildfish Restaurant.

Come across this venue by Chance and found it to be a absolute gem! The two rooms we stayed in where lovely and the atmosphere was just what the Dr. ordered for a weekend get away. Great fishing off their pier as well all the amenities they offered. While our trip was cut short due to yet another covid lockdown. We will 100% be staying with them again in the future. I fear writing too much being I would love to keep this place off the grid being I qould hate it being booked when I want to go back! :)
