Pomonal Cottages Grampians provides 6 two bedroom cottages, All are fully equipped with kitchens and bathrooms. All linen and towels are provided. All cottages have reverse cycle air conditioning and in addition 3 cottages have wood heaters. The cottages are set on 14 acres and there is always plenty of kangaroos and wildlife. There is a solar heated swimming pool, recreation areas, playground and plenty of space. Next door is a bistro that provides evening meals. Pomonal cottages is well set up for small and large groups and can assist with visitors needs. Please let us know your requirements.

We had a group of 13 people, so booked all of the 6 cottages.
The hosts are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.
The cottages are quiet and extremely well appointed. Clean, with everything you want.
As we were a large group of friends we made use of the recreation area each night, which has a large clean, gas bbq. Plenty of seating and tables, with a tv if required. Table tennis, archery.
There is no shortage of kangaroos and birds on this beautiful property. And only a short drive to the Grampians attractions.
Barney’s pub is a 10 minute easy stroll as the end of the cottages drive way. They serve great pub food.
We are booking for a longer stay next year.

We stayed at Pomonal Cottages for two nights. The cabin was comfy, well equipped , clean and we felt at home straight away. We sat outside in the warm sunshine and just took in the peaceful enviroment. Fee and Gary came past to check we had everything we needed with lovely big smiles and told us about Barneys Bistro just down the drive for a meal. They kindly booked us in for dinner, which I can say was fantastic food. We lit the fire so our cabin was beautifully warm when we came back. The next day we used the bbq area and sat around the pool. You can do heeps or just chill. Loved our stay, thankyou Fee and Gary ,we cant wait to bring the grandchildren here. Oh and the kangaroos with their joeys so beautiful. Heather and Karsten

Just had the most amazing Easter weekend at Pomonal Cottages Grampians. Host’s Fee & Gary are first class and their knowledge of the region is so impressive. The grounds and ammenities are immaculate, and the location is brilliant being a short walking distance to the General Store, Pomonal Estate Winery, and Barney’s Bar & Bistro. It’s also just a 5 minute drive to Halls Gap. There’s massive space to kick the footy or have a game of cricket, kids playground, swimming pool, and tv, pool table, and table tennis in the rec room. The camp kitchen area is super clean and the BBQ is awesome to cook on. Can’t recommend this place high enough for a quiet couple’s getaway or family holiday, it’s got it all…….even resident kangaroos. Already planning to get a mob of friends together to get there again real soon !

Great service from the owners, cute rooms, kid friendly and kangaroos out on your doorstep in the morning.
My kids are under 5 and they loved the playground and treasure hunt.
It’s also located right next to a great pub.
They have a few rooms with wood fires and others with standard split systems.

We had a four night stay at the cottages and just loved it.
Very quiet and peaceful setting with only 6 cottages on the property.
Set back from each other, with individual entrances, to allow privacy.
A treat to sit outside with a cuppa in the morning and at sunset watching the kangaroos feeding in front of the cottage.
The cottages are well equipped, have heating and aircon, plus are scrupulously clean.
Free onsite parking just outside your unit.
Great outdoor saltwater swimming pool and a communal BBQ.
Lovely host Dee who provided lots of local information and walk suggestions in a compendium in the unit.
Looking forward to a return visit.
Highly recommended for a family stay.

Stayed 3 nights in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. Great to have so many Wallabies, birds and even deer at the doorstep. A bonus was the great bistro and pub Barneys a short walk down the driveway. Our welcome was warm and friendly. Not often we find somewhere quieter than our own home but this was at night.
Only 6 cottages in groups of 2 so it does depend on who is next to you a little but with brick walls it was pretty good, heard the odd door banging shut.
Pool looked lovely ( bit cold for us) BBQ area also lovely and all kept very clean.
Free Wifi in BBQ rec room but it does reach to most of the units.

This property is not fancy but it’s warm, very comfortable and well equipped. Fee and Chris made sure we were well looked after. The grounds are beautiful- lovely to watch the kangaroos in the front paddock and lot of delightful birds to watch too. Quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids in June. It has a well equipped kitchen to make dinner, and a very comfortable living area. The surrounding bushland is very peaceful and great for exploring, and kangaroo watching was a favourite activity for the kids. We even spotted an echidna! A 10 minute drive to Halls Gap town. Heater worked a treat in the winter. Lots of blankets provided to ensure everyone stayed warm. Water pressure in the shower was good as well. Towels are a little thin so bring extra. Good telstra reception as well. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

What a great place to spend a couple of nights. Thank you Fi and Gary for a fantastic time staying in Cottage 2. The premises were clean and tidy and very homely. Fully functional kitchen for those who feel like cooking. We preferred to eat out and support the local businesses.
Will definitely be returning to spend more time at Pomonal Cottages and recommend it to anyone wanting to get away for a weekend.

Loved our stay here,our time went too quickly. The owners and managers Fee and Gary were very obliging, friendly and welcoming. The cottages were spic and span, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great bbq area lots of space . The setting is quiet and peaceful, large area with lots of kangaroos grazing nearby. Loved that we could walk to Pomonal Estate Winery, and Barney,s Bistro 10 minute drive to Halls Gap. Will definitely be back.
